After days of traveling you finally reached the western front, with gun in hand you walked to camp. You stopped an officer. "Where is Beilschmidt." You gave the officer a dirty look. "That tent there sir." and pointed in a direction to a big tent. You peeked in and saw him alone. You ran. "Gil!" And pounced on him. "_____?! What are you doing here!? This isn't safe!" "I missed you..." you were happy to see him but he wasn't happy to see you. "Listen we are going into battle tomorrow and I can't have you getting in the way!" He slammed his fist down on the table. "I'll fight then." "NO!" He stood up and shouted in your face. "I'm sorry, it's just I don't want you getting hurt, ____..."

The battle

You headed to the battle with all the other soldiers, you were going to fight beside him! You heard the first gun fire then a few more. It began. You ran through the crowd trying to find the albino. Then you saw him, on the front line. You nudged your way up and got next to him. "____ WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU DOING HERE?!" Gil yelled. "I'm fighting along side you I don't care."

Gilbert saw a man aim for you he quickly stepped in front of you. It was all in slow motion he fell to the ground first his knees then his whole body. You kneeled down and rolled him over, he was still alive. "Gil no!" You started crying. He lifted his hand up to caress your face. "Why did I fall in love with such a stubborn girl?" He smiled, then coughed up some blood. You laughed a little through the years. "I love you too but please don't go..." "I'm going to die here, look behind you, our men retreated already. Go.." He was getting weaker. "No Gil, don't let your life fade!" "Ich Liebe dich ____, I always... will..." and that was it. The last words. you screamed into the heavens and laid your head on his bloody chest. You didn't notice a soldier from the enemy team come over and take your life too.
