"HAHA YOU CANT CATCH ME XAVIER!!" I said running around the playground. Me and my friends Yasmine, Kiya, Raya, Xavier and Ramon are playing tag and Xavier is chasing me around trying to tag me. "OH YEA JUST WATCH ME!" He says as he catches up to me. "EEEE KIYA HELP HE IS GONNA TAG ME!!" I yell as I see him getting closer and closer. "IM SORRY BESTIE BUT THERE ISN'T MUCH I CAN DO!!" She says yelling back from the other side of the playground. Eventually my legs started to hurt so just as i slow down he runs and jumps on me and lands on top of me.
"Your it." He says staring at me before helping me up. Just as I was about to start chasing him the teacher yells saying recess is over, meaning we have to go back inside. "I'll get you next time." I say walking beside him and Yasmine as she talks to Raya and Ramon. "We'll see about that lani." He says smiling and grabbing my hand, causing me to blush. I think I might have a crush on him.
𝐀𝐟𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐬𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐥 𝐚𝐭 𝐡𝐨𝐦𝐞:
"MELZIEE CAN I TALK TO YOU!!" I say jumping out of Jays arms since he picked me up from school today. "yea about what?" She was walking up to me. "Something private. Away from the boys." I say causing Jay to look at me weirdly before slowly walking away. "Yea let's go to my room." She says grabbing my hand and walking with me to her room.
𝐉𝐚𝐲𝐬 𝐏𝐎𝐕:
"Something private. Away from the boys." I heard Malani say, causing me to snap my head towards her, because what do you have to talk about that you don't want us hearing? Wanting to go tell DD and Notti I walk away.
"Yo DD, Notti." I say knocking on the door to DD's room, knowing they'd both be in there. "Yea?" Notti answers as I walk in. "Something is wrong with Malani." I say causing DD and Notti to snap their heads to me, almost breaking they necks. "Wym something is wrong with Malani?" DD says standing up and turning off his game.
"I picked her up from school and right when she walked in she called for melz asking to talk to her in private, saying not in front of the boys." I say. "Where are they?" Notti says looking serious. "In melz room, they are going to talk now." I say looking back and forth between them. "We'll are we just going to stand here or are we going to find out what she don't want us to know?" DD says, walking out the door and down the hallway to melz room with me and Notti following after him.
𝐌𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐢'𝐬 𝐏𝐎𝐕 :
"Do you remember Xavier from my 𝐛𝐢𝐫𝐭𝐡𝐝𝐚𝐲 party?" I ask melz as I sit on her bed. "Yea the black kid with fluffy hair? Yea I remember him. What about him?" She says looking through her vanity for her makeup. "I think I have a 𝐜𝐫𝐮𝐬𝐡 on him-" I got cut off by the door opening and DD, Notti, and Jay yelling "WHAT?!".
𝐃𝐃 𝐏𝐎𝐕 :
As I walk up to melz room I put my ear to the door and listen to see what she is saying. "Do you remember Xavier from my 𝐛𝐢𝐫𝐭𝐡𝐝𝐚𝐲 party?" She says causing me, Notti and Jay, who just got here to look at each other, hoping she isn't going to say what we think she is. "Yea the black kid with fluffy hair? Yea I remember him. What about him?" We hear melz say. And what we hear next makes all of us open the door so quick and hard it could have broke. "I think I have a 𝐜𝐫𝐮𝐬𝐡 on him-" is all want to hear before I open the door, all of us walking in saying "WHAT?!"
𝐌𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐢'𝐬 𝐏𝐎𝐕 (𝐥𝐚𝐬𝐭 𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞) :
"Uh oh." I say as I see DD, Notti, and Jay walk in looking mad. "Wtf do you mean you have a 𝐜𝐫𝐮𝐬𝐡?!" Notti says. "I think-" I start, only to be cut off by Jay saying "NO! You are way to young to have a 𝐜𝐫𝐮𝐬𝐡 on a boy." Jay yells causing me to feel sad about being yelled at. "I'm sorry it's just he is really nice to me and protects me from bully's and plays with me when I'm lonely or bored." I say as tears well up in my eyes. "No, no don't cry. We are yelling because boys are bad and they will hurt you and we don't want you to get hurt." DD says as he comes over to hug me. "I'm sorry mh for yelling we just want you to be happy." He says as Jay and Notti soon come over to also hug me. "Yea mh we love you a lot." Jay says while DD rocks me back and forth. "We're sorry for yelling ok? We love you." They say. "It's ok I love you too." I say because they always find a way to cheer me up.
*𝐜𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐤* *𝐟𝐥𝐚𝐬𝐡*
"Melz wtf." Jay says. "What y'all are cute so I gotta take pictures." She says. "To make it up to me you guys have to play tag with me." I say pointing at all of them except melz. "Deal. But no more 𝐜𝐫𝐮𝐬𝐡𝐞𝐬." __________________________________
