Beauty of the Moon
Leaving Aaru Village for awhile gaves Y/N a relaxing feeling.
The view of the green trees makes her feel at home once again.
This time she wasn't alone and her dear friend Cyno has accompanied the girl. Ever since the confinement event, the General haven't left her side.
Always there to comfort his close friend.
Y/N appreciated his soft actions, she didn't even realize she can feel her heart flutter everytime he spoke to her when she was tearing up again.
She doesn't even understand her feelings anymore, it is so confusing now.
It was midnight and the General Mahamatra is with Y/N strolling around the outside of the Avidya Forest. The big trees made them feel they were so tiny that they were also from a different world.
"For some reason, the forest looked even more magical like this." She complimented the forest.
Cyno nodded his head in agreement, it did look so beautiful. Words can't even describe it.
He shifts his gaze and stared at the girl who was sitting down looking over the forest. Her eyes darting at every single bubble thay she can see.
Fluttery feeling is felt inside of him as he continued staring at her before brushing it off.
This feeling that he has been hiding... He wanted her to know, but at the same time he doesn't want their friendship ruined.
After years spending time with his friend, opening up to her. He can't help it but feel happy and calm around her.
He wanted to confess without her knowing... How?
"You've been reading a lot of stories, Collei." Cyno muttered as he watches the girl who was sitting on her desk.
Collei jumped at his sudden appearance and giggled, "It's nothing!"
"You read those books, and not studying. This is such a sight to see." He smirked lightly before letting himself enter the small hut and looked at the book she was reading.
It actually looked like from Inazuma, to be more exact it has the initials of:
Yae's Publishing House.
"In the story, it said that the term "The moon is beautiful." Actually means that you are saying a confession or 'I love you' to the person you like!" She ranted as she held the book close to his face.
He instantly pushed her hand back down to the desk and patted her head.
"Yeah, yeah. Like I'd believe that." He mumbled and ruffled her hair even more.
After remembering the small line he learned from Collei. Now he is tempted to say it, because it looked like the right time.
He gazed up to the moon which was full, shining bellow them.
It doesn't hurts when to try?
"T-The moon is beautiful... Isn't, Y/N?" He softly said as he looked up to the moon.
