The chapter starts with the goenka family coming in for sangeet; They all greeted each other but kartik's eyes were just finding his lady love naira who was no where to be seen. Luckily he had trained luv kush in all this [ Majnu kartik ;P]
"keerti di naira Bhabhi kahaan hai ?'',asked kuv and kush;
"naira upar hain she must be coming",said keerti;
"kartik car mein bohot si cheezi hain voh aashi ke saath le aaon'',said manish and they went outside;
While nara who came downstairs greeted everyone and was searching for kartik. She was in a corner looking everywhere else when keerti came over;
"kartik ko dhund rahi ho?",said keerti;
"haan voh kahi dikh nahi raha",said naira;
"calm down naira bahar gaya hain voh kuch cheez lane aa jaayega",said keerti to which naira smiled;
Both of them were talking to each other when kartik saw naira from afar, he was mesemerized from her look and smiled as the look was almost the same as his dream;
"kartik apne aap ko control kar...kisi ne dekh liya na toh problem ho jaayegi...bas naira se ek baar baat ho jaaye",said kartik to himself;
While naira who saw someone's gae upon her looked to see kartik staring at her; she blushed and smiled;
As the dances began, Swarna and manish had performed the first dance with Surekha and Akhilesh which everyone thoroughly joined;
Naira who was going to get something was pulled by someone in a corner;
"who the..",said naira but stopped as she recognized the touch , it was his kartik;
"aur kon sakta hain huh? Kisi ki himmat toh ho aisa karne ki'',said kartik caressing her cheeks;
"voh hi toh aisi harkate toh sirf mendak hi kar sakta hai",said naira;
"voh toh hai..vaise aaj aap ka iss aashiq ko marne ka iraada hain kya..itni sundar",said kartik to which naira blushed;
"ab aise blush karogi toh problem ho jaayegi..tumhein toh pata hi hain",said kartik;

"vaise aaj yeh mendak bhi frog prince ban gaya hain'',said naira;
"mein toh humesha se hi frog prince tha tumne hi aaj notice kiya",said kartik;
"bas hawa mein mat udo mendak zameen par aa jao'',said naira going;
"aree kahaan chali jaaneman..",said kartik coming close to her;
