THE WARM WELCOMING

"Welcome! To the greatest of great, and bestest of best family, laminax! We are so excited to have you on your team!" A purple haired girl said while approaching you from a door. "I'm Xilinx, The receptionist. And like I said, it's the best day to be meeting you!". "Oh um..Thanks Xilinx.." you say nervously, since this was a lab of creatures that could kill humanity,you expected the staff to be more aware and introverted, but it seems you were clearly wrong. You thought this would be a perfect job since you were introverted but you obviously thought wrong. You sigh and look to the side out of pure boredom, you didn't want to talk since it was 5:00 in the morning and you just woke up. You decide to leave to grab a coffee but Xilinx said "your leaving already? Well before you go have a map for the facility an have a last of tasks you have to finish by today". Great you thought, by looking at the length of the paper you knew this was going to be the busiest day of your life. "Yeah yeah" you looked like you were brushing the action of doing any of those tasks of your shoulder. "Hey and.. can ya grab me a watermelon flavoured juice pack while your getting some documents? I mean it's ok if you don't want to" Xilinx said. "Ok great then I wont" you then take both of the papers and storm off the reception. You know this is going to be a painful day when at 5:00 in the morning you have the complete 50 tasks, but before anything you take a look at the maps and find the lockers of the staff. You stuff both the papers in and rush to the nearest coffee machine you could find. You find one which still functions since all the others were out of order for this day. As you get a cup you find the frozen drinks pack. Even though your not 8nterested 8n any you still take a quick look for fun, you find a watermelon flavoured pouch juice, you quickly remember what Xilinx said and you get it. While you got your coffee had also finished brewing, you take them both and head to the receptionist. "Hey um, Xilinx. Your pouch". "Wait really? Thank you so much!" Xilinx then took it happily and started drinking it. They started doing s9me small talk you were a bit interested to. "You know Y/N, Your really cool for a newbie. Most of them forget my name the sec9nd time they meet me, I can't complain. I've forgot my name half the time!" "Well your lucky since I don't remember peoples name" "So..I'm special?" "No."
