[Accidental Kiss]

[Two days after the soup was banned]

Currently you were on post right outside of the princess's room. Faint talking could be heard behind the door from Louise and Pea.

"I wish it would rain," Princess Pea says looking out the big window. Arms stretched out elegantly as she stands very still. "You and the whole world madam," Louise says looking up from her work on the dress.

"Ow!" Pea says as she was accidentally poked with one of the pins that was being used. "Sorry M'Lady," the maiden says looking back up. Instead of an angry face Princess Pea laughed a little. "We'll at least I can still feel," she says.

Looking back out the window the princess continues. "Louise do you think there's a bit of light  somewhere in the world?" "Don't know ma'am," Louise responds still focused on the dress.

"We'll I think there is, you just need to know where to find it," Pea says looking out at the sky only to have her thoughts interrupted by a sneeze outside causing Louise to poke the Princess again. "How long has Caption (Y/n) been out there?" She ask placing the pins down.

"Oh since 8 o'clock that's when their guard time starts," Pea answers without a blink. Getting up Louise walks to the table and picks up a perfume bottle. "Would you like them to see you in your new dress, M'lady," Louise asks walking over and spraying some perfume on the Princess.

"I'm yes I would," the Princess says trying to calm the blush on her face at the thought of you seeing her. "Alright then," the maiden says opening the door. "Caption (Y/n)?" the older woman asks you. "Ah yes? Is there a problem?" you ask turning to her. "No, but the princess wishes to see you," she says moving for you.

"Alright," you say heading in. "I suggest you take off your helmet for a better look," she says chuckling as she closes the door to give you to some private time. "You wanted to see me my Princess?" you ask taking off you helmet. "Well I actually wanted you to see me," she say correcting you.

Looking up you see Pea standing on the stool in front of the giant three windows. The light shone on her blonde hair which was neatly curled to perfection. The green dress sticking to her frame nicely. The angelic hand-embroidered gold leaves and swirls add a pop. All that was left was to trim the bottom that was still too long.

"Wow," you say breathlessly as you step closer. Standing right in front of her you smile up. "We'll don't you look beautiful today," you compliment causing Pea to be a blushing mess. "So much for trying to hide it idiot," she thought. "Do you like it?" She ask shyly twirling a strand of hair.

"I love it," you answer her truthfully reaching up to brush some hair ways from her face. The color helps to pop your eyes," you say removing your hand. "O-oh well I thank you (Y/n)," she says. "Anytime princess," you reasoned. A comfortable silence fell over the both of you as you stared into each others eyes.

"Oh before I forget," Pea says. "I wanted you to tell my father I wish for a new maiden," she says. "What's wrong with Louise?" You ask tilting your head. "Nothing is wrong and yes Louise has been a wonderful help, but I need someone younger and closer to my age," the Princess explains.

"Hmm alright I can pass the message, but it might be better if you wrote a letter about it," you say. "Yes I suppose your right well then help me-Ah!" The princess gasp as she trips over the hem of the dress. Luckily you were there to catch her from falling. Which cause both of your lips to accidentally crash on each others.

Your arms going around her waist as so she doesn't fall while her hands are on your shoulders. Looking at each other with wide eyes you pulled away as fast as it happened. "She has such soft lips," you thought with a mad blush on your face. "Gah! I can't believe I kissed them! What if dad finds out?" Pea thought looking back at you with a blush redder than a beet.

"Are you alright?" You ask breaking the silence that filled the room. "Um yeah I'm alright, and you?" She reply's. "I'm good," you say fiddling with your fingers. Pulling away the princess straightens up. "Right well Um I'll hand you the letter later," she says now refusing to look you in the eyes.

"My I come in ma'am?" Louise as poking her head through the door with more threads. "Oh yes!" The Princess says. "Well is there anything else?" You ask truning towards the Princess. "N-no," she reply's still blushing. "And you beautiful lady?" You ask turning towards Louise.

"Oh stop it you," she say playfully whacking your arm. "The prettiest one here is the Princess is she not?" The old woman ask. "Why yes she is," you say sparing a glances at the Princess. "Well I'll be in the hall if you need anything," you say heading out while putting your helmet on to hide your blush.

"Now what has you both blushing so much?" Louise say getting on the ground to start cutting the hem. "N-nothing," the Princess quickly dismiss the question. "Alright madame, but did they at least like the dress?"

"Yes, they loved it," the princess reply's mindlessly touch her lips where your's were not to long ago.

[Later that day]

"And then she tripped and our lips smashed together in a kiss!" You explain waving your hands around as you pace back and forth. "Wow kid looks like you got some action," Gabriel says taking a swig from his beer. "Yeah I did," you mindlessly reply touch your lips.
