evie was oddly calm with the given circumstances. i've seen her mad but never mad enough she's calm. she stood up, and walked to the window "evie..what's on your mind?" i asked her.
"you know, i dated logan for six months. the entire time i was wishing he was someone else. some one who always makes me laugh, who lets me be myself. who makes me feel..safe."
"and who would that be?" i smirked, knowing the answer but wanting her to admit it out loud.
"it's matt. it's always been matt. ever since we were teenagers, matthew was always there for me, he always knew what to do and say, but i don't know if i could ever tell him now, his whole image is the playboy soundcloud rapper." she paused and ran her hands over her face, taking a deep breath.
i saw slight movement in the corner of my eye, i looked at the door and matt stood there, looking like all of his dreams has come true.
"even if i wanted to tell him, when, how...how would i do it?" she asked as i slipped out of the door.
"well, genevieve, you kinda just did." i heard matthew say as i walked out of the front door.
