The trio was finally in the city of Taitle.
As Karl was scouting the area from heights, knew alleyway caught his attention. His ghostly conpanion had foreseen this and shifted downwards to check it out. Arma, the pirate's raven, was resting on an object, while a boy observed her. He seemed visibly distressed to Karl, but what the woman saw was much, much different. She slowly floated behind him, and while being invisible tapped him on the shoulder. The boy jerked around, not seeing anyone. From what used to be his front, Karl slid down the wall quietly and stood next to his feathered companion.

"Heheheh."
Karl laughed, loud enough for him to hear. He was now quite confused as he turned back around to notice Karl's tall figure.
"Mm.. I see you like Arma. She seems to like you too. "
He said. The boy, who the ghost took in his features from afar. Blue hair, blue skin... Marks on face.. Not human. Definitely not. Suddenly, the dark figure from before started to swirl and form what seemed to be a silhouete of a woman. Her voice whispered to him, sharp and silky voice lining each word with venom. The ghost formed behind her, slammimg her against the floor. The spirit was took by surprise, and no matter how hard she tried to resist, she could slowly feel her energy draining. Thrashing around, she threw the ghost into a wall, leaving a dent. The shark boy looked at that direction for a moment and Karl took that as an invitation for an attack. Y/n didn't quite like the fact that the spirit didn't let her absorb her, but nonetheless, planned a different attack. The woman laughed, it's face twisting and swarming like sea waves. She pointed a finger at you, releasing a bright dark blue beam. You dodged, and got in stance. You saw this attack in one of your mangas, so you tried to replicate it the best you could.
In your mind, you mouthed 'Lend me your energy! '
Your hands felt hot, almost as if on fire, and you changed stances, your hands glowing light blue. Charging the attack, you yelled
"SPIRIT CANNON! "
and shot an energy beam at the entity, erasing it from existence. At this point the spirit was weakened, it's strange energy luring you in, and you rushed to absorb it. Finally, feeling it's dark power replenish your energy back to normal, you bounced back up into action. Karl and the boy were fighting mid air, and the statues boasting only seemed to worsen it.

"HAHAHA! YOU FIGHT LIKE YOU'RE DYING! "

The ghost floated up, after making sure the spirit couldn't reform. Grabbing aqua boy by his arms from behind, you partially phased through a wall, your arms chaining him. As the wall hit his back he shuddered and started shaking. That is, until something seemed to have appeared above us all. A huge.. Cloud of water-? It broke down, flooding the street and their fight continued under water. You waited your turn to trap him again, but it was as if he could sense you. Soon you can to realization he can manipulate water. 'Well that sure made things more interesting. ' you thought, smirking to yourself as you watched the two fight.
Finally, as Arma landed in front of him instead of Karl he turned around expecting the pirate to be there, but instead, the ghost pinned him from behind to the floor, his front facing the sky.
Unsure if he could hear you, you whispered to him
"This is your end. "
as you heard Karl's boots thud at him running and finally as he jumped and sliced his chest open, the boy gave out a shriek so loud, that you let go to cover your ears the last moment.

There he stood, impaled by Arma in the form of a sword. How pathetic. He was gasping for air while the statue was mercilessly staring at him with a smirk on his face.
