"Isn't that a bit over the top?" I ask looking at the cart full of groceries as I exits the market next to Aunt Carol.

"No, it's just the right amount for someone who insists on living alone even though she don't have to" She comments, shooting me a fleeting look, which I return with a flying kiss.

Was being a pleasant Saturday, where I wanted to dedicate myself completely to my room, my bed and my air conditioning. But my plans went to hell when Carol Lockwood broke into my house and almost pulled me out of bed by my hair.

After a thorough check of my house and especially my kitchen, General Lockwood practically forced me to go to the market with her to restock my home pantry.

"You need to go to the market more often dear, your house was almost in decay of food" She comments carrying the shopping cart to the car "It's not healthy to live based on fast food".

"But it's so goooood" I whimper with a sly pout.

"Yes, I know" My unofficial godmother comments with a bored expression as she opens the trunk of the car, but then she turns to me with wide eyes "I mean, no, they're bad for your health" She corrects herself doing I laughed before starting to help her put the groceries in the car.

I might even agree with her if I didn't know the truth behind my culinary skills. Skills that are limited to simple pancakes and I always end up burning the first ones until I get an edible result.

So, in order not to run the risk of blowing up my house while lighting the stove, delivery will always be my first option.

"Come on, let's buy dinner" She comments smiling closing the trunk of the car.

"I thought buying food was bad for health" I scoff getting into the passenger seat.

"It's bad when you're alone, when you're with me it's different" She shrugs as she gets into the car. This doesn't even make sense.
