As Squidward was almost close to kelp forest he felt a strange feeling in his gut almost like his body was telling him a sign something was wrong, but he decided to ignore it and proceeded on with his journey to get Squiliam back to him, as he came close to kelp forest he felt a vibration from his shell phone *i hope it's not him* he answers with a nervous tone "hello" "Squidward heyyyyy miss you hope you miss me my little calamari" "SpongeBob please can you just..stop I'm exhausted...emotionally, why can't you just leave me alone already" Squidward Says "move on already" "b-but Squidward I-I-I can't live without you" "SPONGEBOB PLEASE GIVE IT A REST ALREADY CAN'T YOU SEE I'VE MOVED ON" squidward yells into his shell phone tears starting to form in his eyes, on the edge from falling "I CAN'T DO THIS SHIT ANYMORE IM TIRED, IM FUCKING EXHAUSTED BUT YOU CANT SEEM TO UNDERSTAND THAT CAUSE YOU'RE TO FOCUSED ON YOURSELF LIKE YOU ALWAYS ARE." as Squidward was yelling at his shell phone tears began to fall from his eyes from all the pent up emotions he kept held in himself he finally let himself just cry it all out even though SpongeBob was still on the shell call "Squidward please give me another chance we don't have to be together we could just be friends p-please I beg of you." SpongeBob says trying to regain squidwards trust and also a little hint of feeling of guilt starts to build up in his voice thinking of his actions "S-S-SpongeBob please I just want Squiliam back he's all I have" squidward says as he started to cry "h-h-he's all I have please just let me s-see him again *sniff* let me see him" squidward says starting to sob
POV: SPONGEBOB AND SQUILIAM
Squiliam and SpongeBob look at eachother feeling bad of making squidward feel this way "maybe we should just call the plan off" squiliam whispers, for the first time in a long time SpongeBob decides to do the right thing and be responsible while he was bottled up with emotions he has decided its best for Squidward's and Squiliam's Sake. SpongeBob realized it's best to just let things go "squidward I'll make you a deal" SpongeBob says trying to not sound so stern "*sniff* what is it this t-t-time" squidward says trying to regain his senses in talking again after sobbing for a couple of minutes "I'll...I'll give squiliam back to you and I'll leave y'all alone...for good"
POV: SQUIDWARD
squidward looks schocked as to what comes out of SpongeBobs mouth and he starts to smile a little bit, but begins to frown again trying to not get his hopes up "are you being serious or are you just trying to trick m-m-me" Squidward says still trying to talk but still crying "yes I'm being serious I promise you I won't bother you or Squiliam again I'll give him back to you at kelp forest and I'll be on my way" SpongeBob says as he try's to make his voice sound comforting "ok...i trust you" squidward says still on edge about SpongeBob promise, on the other hand SpongeBob starts to feel happy from the words that come out of squidwards mouth "alright great!! Remember to meet at kelp forest and I promise I'll leave you alone for good!" SpongeBob says with excitement "ok I'll uh I'll see you later then bye" "byee" squidward hangs up the phone but still feels suspicious about it.
Squidward approaches kelp forest, taking small steps being cautious of his surroundings, as he walks further into the forest he starts to call out for SpongeBob and squiliam trying to see if he can hear one of their voices to find them, he sees something in the distance, it was Squiliam, Squidward started to sprint towards him with his arms open wide ready to hug him, but something didn't look right Squiliam was smiling of course but almost in an anxious way he stood uncomfortable. Squidward started to slow down his running catching his breath and dropping his arms to the side, he walked over to Squiliam with a concern look "Squiliam are you ok? Spongebob didn't do anything to you right?" "No...but Squidward you need to leave" "What why I JUST got here why do I all of a sudden need to leave" "Just listen to me ok, you need to leave, forget about me and just get away from bikini bottom" Squiliam says with urgency in his voice grabbing into Squidwards arms "I don't understand does it have to do with Soongebob" "DAMNIT JUST LISTEN TO ME PLEASE, GET TF OUT OF HERE AND HURRY HES COMING BACK TO HARM YOU AND POSSIBLY ME SO GO NOW" "WHY CAN'T YOU COME WITH ME" "...I'm ashamed of what I did I can't stand looking at you without feeling guilt for what I had done, you must understand that this is me protecting you from me and my actions ok?!" "Ok, alright I understand, kinda, but Squiliam I still love you no matter what you did just please be safe" "I'll try for you" Squiliam says before kissing him passionately and letting go "Right..now you need to go ok, I love you" "I love you too" Squidward said feeling upset leaving his lover. He started to back away from Squiliam and began running back to his boat mobile but before he could reach his way to the entrance SpongeBob popped out of the kelp, he gets stabbed in his rib area and falls to the ground starting to hyperventilate from fear and starts to notice his vision going blurry seeing black dots, he tries his best to focus on what's going on in the background.
He sees squilliam fighting with SpongeBob tackling him to the ground, before Squiliam could punch him in his face SpongeBob was quick to think and kick him in the squidy squid balls which made squiliam topple over onto the ground, SpongeBob was quick and got on top of squilliam pinning him down "you squids are all the same...DUMB" and he stabbed squiliam in the head over and over and over again, squidward could only process a little still falling in and out of fainting he regained his senses for a minute gazing at squiliam unconscious body and almost puking from the sight. SpongeBob takes a breath realizing what he's done and looks at squidward who is shaking from fear and on the edge bleeding out to death, SpongeBob rushes towards him putting him in his arms he gets close to squidwards ear and whispers "you thought I was justing going to leave you alone that easy IF I CANT HAVE YOU NO ONE CAN".
