Boudi gasps as Loki changes before her eyes into a Frost Giant, towering above her. Seeing him change completely before her causes her to sway and almost faint.

Loki quickly turns away from her and clears his throat. Boudi's reaction to seeing his true form was exactly what he was afraid of. That she would see him as the monster he believes himself to be.

"If you wish to leave... I... won't stop you this time," he says sadly. Loki is deeply upset by her reaction and struggles to contain his emotions.

Boudi takes a deep breath, composing herself as she stares at his back, his head hung low with shame. She doesn't know what to say.

"I said you can leave," Loki states.

Thoughts are rushing through her head. Should she turn and walk away, taking her chance that he'll stay true to his word and let her leave? Or should she stay and hear him out, taking a different path and trusting that he won't harm her?

"LEAVE!" shouts Loki, his hands balling into fists. He takes a shuddering breath, sensing that she is still there looking at him. He slowly turns back to face her. "I don't want you here," he says quietly. "GET OUT!!" he thunders.

Loki walks towards Boudi, not taking his red eyes from hers, but she doesn't move. He turns back to his Asgardian form, cautious of anyone else seeing who he truly is. He doesn't know if anyone else apart from his mother knows the truth about his heritage.

"What did you do to Odin?" Boudi asks.

"Nothing he did not deserve," Loki growls.

He's trying to intimidate her as he prowls forward, wholly focused on her.

Boudi draws her shoulders back, holding her ground. She won't let him win. She won't let him intimidate her.

"You have your answers now," says Loki as he stands a few feet from her. She can feel his peppermint breath ghost across her face as he stares down at her.

Loki steps even closer, and Boudi starts to wonder if he can hear her heart thrashing within her chest just as much as she can in her head. She doesn't know whether it's what she just witnessed or because of how he's looking at her that her heart thunders so rapidly.

Loki moves his hands slowly up to her tunic, taking hold of the fastenings at the front and pulling her towards him. Their lips are almost touching as they both hold their breath. Loki's eyes travel from her eyes to her lips and back again. His mouth parts slightly as he's consumed by her warmth, feeling it pulling him closer to her.

Something catches Loki's eye on Boudi's neck. A purply, red-tinged mark stood out against her porcelain white skin, drawing him to it. His fingers move as if they have a mind of their own, undoing the fastenings on her top without him even thinking about what he was doing.

Boudi can't believe what is happening as she stands frozen, her hands by her sides, her eyes watching Loki's.

Loki takes a sharp breath as he stares down at the now-revealed mark on Boudi's neck. The clear bruising on her skin looked like he had wrapped his own hand tightly around her throat as he cut off her air with magic. His guilt from almost killing her consumed him once more as his fingertips lightly traced the damage. He must make this right.

Boudi can feel the tingling sensation of Loki's healing magic skirt across her neck, leaving goosebumps in its wake. His fingertips linger on her pulse as he feels it thump beneath his touch.

The tension in the air between them is thick and heavy as they stare at one another.

Loki swallows as his fingers slip away from her warmth, taking a small step back. He immediately misses the feel of her skin against his. Boudi feels it as well and arches her back towards him as though chasing the feeling to make it last longer.

She closes the gap, placing her palm on Loki's chest. She can feel his heart racing beneath her touch.

Loki can't believe this is happening as Boudi tilts her chin towards him.

Her hand glides up over his shoulder, pulling him down to her as Loki's hands hold her waist, his fingers lightly digging into the material of her tunic.

Their lips hovered over each other for what seemed like forever. Both held the other, waiting for the other to break and give in to the tension.

Boudi closes her eyes as she takes the plunge and closes the gap, pushing her lips gently to his.

The kiss is gentle and soft as their lips touch, but Boudi can feel a static rush across her body as she melts against him, and she wonders if he feels it too.

She pulls back slowly and looks up at him as he looks lovingly down at her.

Loki's waited an eternity for this and feels he needs to try and explain, to try and say something at least.

He begins to speak, but Boudi interrupts him, slamming her lips against his in a passionate kiss.

They both fight to dominate the other as their hands begin to wander over each other.

Boudi's hands travel up into Loki's hair, holding her to him as his hands slide down around her backside, lifting her up effortlessly. Boudi automatically wraps her legs around Loki's waist. She needs to feel him against her. He walks up the dais towards the throne before placing her on the seat. Loki pushes her back into it as his lips travel across her jawline, kissing and nipping at her skin. As he makes his way to her neck, his hand travels from her waist up to her breast, groping her through the material. Boudi moans against Loki's ear as she gives in to the feeling of him touching her. She's lost in the moment, in him.

Loki pulls back from her, kneeling between her legs and cups her face with his large hands, encasing her.

"Be mine," he asks softly, smiling at her. "Be my queen".

The words fall from her lips before she even considers what she is saying. Boudi is so caught up in the moment. She had never had this kind of attention from Loki before. He's charming and sweet when he chooses to be, a side she's never experienced, and she's fallen for it instantly.

"Yes," she whispers.
