Queen Levana (The Lunar Chronicles)

What if. . . The evil Queen Levana wasn't really evil.

Here me out, back when Queen Channary was still alive and her daughter Selene was born Queen Levana wasn't evil she just wanted people to like and respect her. Then when her sister died she fell into a depression and she was unfit to rule. Even though she was the only person who could rule at the time.

Next thing she knows one of her close friends and thamature (I know I spelled it wrong) Sybil Mira was using mind control or even the Glamour to control the new queen. Soon Sybil got in over her head and Levana was disposed by all of Luna so Sybil forced Levana to use her Glamour to make everyone love Levana. Sybil also trained a few people to know how to do the mind control for if she was unable to be near the queen.

Time skip to after Sybil is sent to Earth and back at the palace the person controlling Levana fault weed and she realized what was happening but before Levana could do anything she was recontrolled and now she fights is.

One day after she meets Cinder her long lost niece Levana finally breaks loose of Sybil's mind control and calls Emperor Kai for help which he refuses until Cinder forces him to see what's going on. Then Levana plans a trip to Earth and Sybil attacks her once they arrive. Causing the Emperor to have to house the injured queen and find out what happened to her.
