"What is this behavior taehyung?!! Why did you left from there?!!!"

Without paying any heed to his mother's words, taehyung went towards the huge glass window, looking through the glass pane towards the huge flower garden.

"Princess y/n is the perfect match for you and we even discussed it earlier before coming here. Then why are you acting like this now?", queen Kim stepped towards the prince who paid no attention to any of her words.

His eyes suddenly narrowed, as he saw princess y/n standing in the garden. But along with her, he saw another face. Prince jin.

His features hardened as he saw them both completely indulged in a conversation. He could see prince jin, countinously staring at the princess with some unknown glint of sparkle in his eyes and a sly smirk, which was nearly unnoticeable.

He scoffed and then abruptly closed the curtains.

"Why did you bring me here for a princess who already has a bunch of candidates in line to marry her?!!!"

He was raged. Not sure what the actual problem was. The princess or the bunch of candidates.

"Obviously she would have many prince in row to marry her. Have you ever seen or heard of a princess as pretty as her? She is the most kind hearted and most skilled among all the princesses of all other kingdoms. And that is why I want you to marry her my son."

Queen Kim stepped forward towards prince taehyung who still had a frown on his face.

He inhaled sharply as queen Kim placed her hand over his cheek.

"Son, I know you didn't desire to marry anyone before taking over your father's throne. But you should understand that your step siblings might try to take this throne from you if you're not powerful enough. Korea is nothing in comparision to our enormous kingdom but this is the far most stable kingdom out of all, with the most resources and great wealth.

If you marry princess y/n then your way to the throne would be far more easy and then nobody would ever be able to take from you, what you rightfully own."

Queen Kim's words did touch prince taehyung's heart. He knows that his way to the throne can be made difficult if any of his step siblings tried to claim the throne. He needs power and for that he needs to be in relationship with a powerful royal family, just like King Cha's.

He slightly nodded his head and the queen passed him a reassuring smile while patting his shoulder.

Inhaling a sharp breath, he moved to the window again peeking through the curtains. He saw princess y/n getting into a royal carriage along with Prince Jungkook. He inhaled in frustration and moved away.

He should have accepted the offer.

Sitting in the same carriage as an enigmatic yet gigantic prince was sure not comfortable.

They were sitting on two different sides of the carriage, yet his muscular body was taking most of the space, making her squirm at her place.

There was thick awkward silence in the air. The clopping sound accompanied by the neighs and squeals of the horses were the only sounds filling up the silence.

The carriage came to a sudden halt which puzzled her.

"I shall see what's happening outside."
