**Selina**
"Did you see that?", Marian pointed at something through the window of the plane. I was too busy going through the pictures on my iPad that I barely looked at her.
"Seliinaaa!!!"
"Marian, I'm not in the mood for your trouble okay...I just need some peace"
"But I'm bored....I feel like I'm gonna die of the ennui," Marian replied and moued.
"You can play subway surfers on your iPad." I suggested, my eyes still locked on the screen.
"But I wanna join you on your iPad...," Marian said in a pleading tone.
"Ofcourse not! I'm not watching Barbie or Cinderella"
"I know right," Marian said. "I also wanna see pics of your friends"
"Nope, you don't even know 'em"
"That's why I wanna see." She pouted. " I see you're already missing them," Marian teased and leaned her head on me. " Don't worry Lina, we gonna have a good time in Ghana."
"How can you be so sure?" I put my arm around her neck.
"Lets just say I did some little research in our library and the sixth grade english teacher is an African. She told me tons of interesting stuff about Africa especially Ghana."
"I saw weird pics when I looked it up on the net." I complained.
"Madam Samira told me its usually those pictures of Africa you see when you check online. But trust me if what she said are true, the place is really gonna be fun." She grinned and I samiled weakly. "And she has no reason to lie to me."
I just nodded.
Marian is this incredibly sweet ten year old smartass sister of mine who knows exactly what to say to calm me down. Even though I'm worried that I'm going to Africa, my greatest worry is the fact that I'm an introvert. Meeting new people always reminds me of my first day at my new high school.

"Hey new girl!" A strawberry blonde girl approached me. "You look like you're in a zombie movie looking out for coming danger...you lost?"
"Umm...yeah. I arrhh...lost my way to my history class." I said to her.
"You don't have a map?" She blinked twice and patted her notebooks on her laps.
"Ow, guess I have to go for it then.
..today's my first day you know."She paused for a while thinking and before I turned, she grinned.
"Let me take you there. I don't have a class now. You can get the map later if you like."
"Sure, thanks...that would be great."
"This way please..."
She introduced herself as Bella and I told her my name. Bella was so nice I thought I found a first high school buddy. She led me two blocks away from where we stood and went upstairs. We took a left turn and stood in front of a white door to a classroom.
"Here's your class Selina," She pushed the door open and I stepped in and mumbled thanks to her smiling nicely.
There was no sign of a teacher in the class and the whole place looked like a crazy meeting was going on. People moved helter skelter like they were rehearsing for a world war III movie.
Immediately they noticed me, they halted and went to their seats like the principal had just appeared.
