A man and a woman, desperate to find someone to be together. A question running through the minds of millions.
"What is true love?" They ask.
"When two people meet, they have an instant connection. Why else could Cinderella and Snow White have a happily ever after?" Stories have been repetitive for as long as people have been able to write. For many, they have been blessed with a scapegoat format for stories. A protagonist falls into hardship, is exposed to a love interest, then faces struggles and eventually falls in love. As long as authors keep writing love stories, there will always be one person who writes the love-at-first-sight trope. As much as others deny it, there is no such thing as love at first sight.
