Chapter 9 <3

A/N I'm so so sorry for not writing for a bit, I had a tiny bit of writers block tbh. anyway,

SAM'S POV:

I woke up peacefully not realising I wasn't in my room, as I tried to get out of the bed I felt arms pull me back on to the bed. I turned my head to see Colby sleeping like a baby who is incredibly clingy to a certain toy, I wanted to see what the time was so I checked. 'Huh? 02:41am yikes I might stay here and just borrow clothes from Colby in the morning or something I don't know. Even though I live literally next door' i thought. Eventually I gave in and laid back down with Colby still clinging on to me, I had to admit it was cute. Him being so vulnerable with me. As I tried to fall asleep I heard a footstep, panic filled my body. So I got up slowly out of Colby's grasp and carefully opened the door to check the noise. I noticed It was coming from the kitchen, suddenly I noticed and grabbed the bat in the corner and took it downstairs with me, as I got closer I noticed a female figure and when I figured who it was I accidentally dropped the bat making her look at me. 

"What the hell???" -Sam

"Uh it's not what it looks like!!!" -????

"Not what it looks like, you're poisoning the bread that Colby's going to eat in the morning!!! what is wrong with you Kat?!?!" -Sam

"Please don't be took your attention from me!!!" -Katrina

"Doesn't give you and excuse to poison him!!!" -Sam

"But baby I love you!!! This is the only way we can be together!!!" -Katrina

 "No! If you loved me you wouldn't have cheated on me!!! And you wouldn't have put my childhood friend in a fucking lab at 5!!!!!!" -Sam

 "Back then that was the only way to get rid of him! Also it was really easy!! "-Katrina

"Either way it doesn't give you an excuse to kill him!!! Just go back to the guy you cheated on me with, you might have been a bit tipsy but still counts!!!" -Sam

"Baby..." -Katrina

"No shut up, I'm done, we are done. I'm breaking up!!" -Sam

"Fine then, I didn't want to do this. But I'll just force you to be mine"-Katrina

She grabbed the bat I dropped and went to swing at my head to knock me out, but before she could i saw some glitches in between us and soon enough she had massive claw marks on her arm which were bleeding a lot. I look to my left, since that was the direction the glitches went to, and there I saw Colby!!! He must have heard the thump of the bat, I ran over to him soon couldn't get hurt by Katrina again.

"don't you dare try hurt him! "-Colby said to Katrina with such an aggressive tone

" Oh shut up lab freak"-Katrina

That made Colby look sad, he had his wolf ears and tail out and his ears droop, since it probably brought back terrible memories. I noticed he started to glitch, i was confused since i havent seen him do that before.

 "Hey! Dont call him that!" -Sam

 "Shut up Sam! Look Colby I didn't want you to come back and even if you did I hoped Sam would have forgotten about you! But look where we are, and means I'm taking Sam forcefully and killing you! If it's the only way to have Sam to myself"-Katrina

"What is wrong with you for fucks sake. Sam is his own person he can like who he wants, do what he wants and just overall be free. So now shut the Fuck up, jeez. Oh and try hurting him and you're dead, got it!"-Colby

 "You won't freak, I'll just call the lab to take you again and make it worse for you and your pathetic soul"-Katrina

"Like I'll believe that. I'd kill you before you could!" -Colby

Colby tried to move forward to attack Katrina but I stopped him not wanting anymore trouble between them. Colby glitched past me and in front of katrina but I then quickly got in between them.

"Look stop, Katrina firstly I don't love you and honestly I never did. I mainly did it for my dad, and two that doesn't give you an excuse to hurt Colby. And Colby don't hurt her, as much as she did bad things I don't want to lose you again "-Sam

I then turned to Katrina again.

"If you dare call the lab, I will explain to the police how you tried to kidnap and murder us. which would get you probably 5-10 years in prison. Now go!" -Sam

 "Ugh, whatever. But I'll be back!!!" -Katrina

Katrina ran off and left through my window, I turned and went to Colby to have a hug, he started to calm down and he didnt glitch anymore, i then took the opportunity to hug him at first he jumped but then hugged back. I slightly started to cry because of what just happened. Colby noticed this and tried to help me.

" Shhhhh shhhh it's alright. Breathe. She's gone you're safe I have you "-Colby

"But what if she does call the lab?! What if you get taken?!?!" -Sam

 "Hey hey, I won't get taken relax..." -Colby

Colby's voice was very soothing and because of what happened it drained a lot of my energy. After a while of standing there I felt my eyelids drooping slowly and eventually passed out with exhaustion hoping tomorrow will be better.

Honestly hate this chapter might change it in the future Idk but anyway I think Ill write a chapter every 3-5 days. That way it's easier for me.
