Takes place after Hawk breaks Demetri's Arm.
Y/N POV:
I'm currently crying in the middle of my room, ignoring my parents at my closed door. All I can think of is what Hawk did, the guy I once loved, and adored, which is now replaced with a cold bitter soul that only seeks darkness. He was like Anakin Skywalker when he was Eli Moskowitz, but then he turned into Darth Vader when Kreese came along. Maybe Kreese is to blame for all his actions, but Hawk should know when to stop. But I guess not, not from what I saw tonight.
Flashback
A fight had broken out at the laser tag place, and I was standing in the middle of it. Hawk had told me to meet him here, before. I didn't think anything of it since I gave him another chance after what he did to the Miyagi-Do's from the carwash. He said that he wouldn't do it again, and yet look at the position were in. The Cobra's were fighting the Miyagi-Do's, smashing each other against the walls and stuff, it's a complete mess.
Then Tory shows up and Sam disappears behind a large object, obviously afraid that last time would happen again. Tory goes looking for Sam and I turn to see Hawk holding Demetri down on the ground with his arm in a position that if Hawk pushed down, it would surely break. Everyone was cheering him on and telling him to do it, as I stood there with a shocked and terrified expression on my face. For a small moment, Hawk looked up at me with an uncertain look on his face, but when he saw my face, his eyes softened and I shook my head and mouthed "don't". At first, I thought that he wasn't going to do it, but then Tory came up behind him and said something in his ear. Then, I heard a snap and that was it. I ran out of there as fast as I could, I felt guilty for leaving Demetri behind but I was sure that Sam and the others would get to a hospital. I just needed to get out of there.
End Flashback
I sobbed uncontrollably as I finished the memory. At that same moment, I felt a hand touch my shoulder. I look up and see that it's Hawk. I jump up and back away from him as quickly as possible.
"What are you doing here? How did you get in?", I asked with my voice cracking.
"I came through the window. I just wanted to make sure you're okay.", Hawk answered, stepping closer. I looked over to the window and see that it's open, I must've not heard it over my crying. I then look over to my door and see that there's no shadow, they must've gave up and decided to give me some space.
"You came to see if I was okay?! What about Demetri?! You know your best friend, before you broke his arm!", I slightly raised my voice at him as he stepped back a little, I didn't want to be too loud so my parents would hear.
"Look, I'm sorry.", Hawk said clenching his jaw.
"Sorry?! Sorry isn't gonna cut it Hawk. Sorry can't fix a broken arm, a broken friendship, and a broken relationship.", I say in disbelief.
"Broken relationship? What's that supposed to mean?', Hawk asked angrily.
"We're done Hawk. I don't ever want to see you again.", I say sternly.
"No, we're not. I can fix this.", he says, starting to close the gap between us. I stepped back.
"No, you can't! It's too late. I'm completely torn inside and broken, and you're the cause of it. We're done, I've given you enough chances. You still don't know when to smarten the fuck up, so go to hell.", I say angrily.
He just nods his head and walks toward the window. But before he climbs out, he looks back at me.
"Even though you don't love me anymore, I still love you, and that will never change.", he said with tears in his eyes as he climbed out of the window and disappeared.
I backed up against my wall and slid down it, starting my crying session all over again. He just doesn't get it. I still love him, I just don't love who he's become. I cry a few more hours before I finally fall asleep on the floor, and I finally get some peace with my dreams.
