Y/N's POV:

I wake up to the sound of my phone ringing. I look at the time on my clock, it's 2:00a.m. Who could be calling me at this hour?

"Hello?", I say as I answer the phone.

"Hi, is this Y/N I'm speaking to?", a voice asked on the other end.

"Yes. May I help you?", I asked, cautiously.

"Um, well. You see, your boyfriend, Eli Moskowitz. He got into a motorcycle accident. I'm sorry.", the voice told me.

"What!!", I hollered, tears coming to my eyes. This had better be a joke.

"If you'd like to come down to the hospital and see him, you can.", the voice continued.

"I don't believe you. You have to be joking. This is a joke, right?", I cry.

"I'm sorry ma'am. This is no joke.", the voice said. I hung up and balled my eyes out. I got dressed and drove to the hospital.

As I walk into the hospital, I see a desk a few feet in front of me. I walk up to it and I see a lady.

"Hi... I'm Y/N L/N. I'm here to see Eli Moskowitz.", I say, voice low from crying.

"Oh, hi. Right this way, dear.", the lady says as she leads me down the hall. She stops in front of a door, and then she turns to me.

"Right in here.", she says opening the door. I slowly walk in, and she closes the door. Leaving me, and the motionless body alone.

I walk over to his bedside, and I sit down taking his hand. His red hair is no longer in a mohawk, just a strewn mess. He has long deep gashes all over his body, as bruises take their form. His eyes are closed, as if he's just sleeping.

"Hey, Eli. I'm here now, I'm here for you.", I say, crying again. I start talking about the wonderful times we've had and how we are gonna have more great times. Trying to control my tears.

"Eli. I just want you to know, I love you. I will always love you.", I say as I let my tears go, no longer able to hold them anymore.

His hand starts to move, and I look up at his face through my blurring tears. His eyes are slightly open, and he slowly looks at me with tired eyes.

"I... love... you... too... Y/N. I will... always... love... you." Eli breaths out, not able to speak very good.

I stare at him, tears flowing down my face. I lean forward and kiss him, when I pull away. He smiles, and he gives my hand a small squeeze. And then our moment was broken from the loud beeping from the monitors. Eli's eyes were closed again and is not responding.

"Help! Somebody help!", I cry out the door, practically breaking it down.

The nurses pile in as one pushes me out the door. I watch painfully through the window, as they try to get his heart going again. Moments later they stopped trying, he's gone. I start crying hard when I hear them say his time of death.

A woman comes out, and faces me.

"I'm sorry for your loss.", she says before walking away, the rest of the nurses following her.

I go to his bedside once again, as he looks the same as he did before when I walked in the first time.

"I love you so much. I'll miss you.", I sob, giving him one last kiss before leaving. I don't look at any of the nurses as they watch me run out if the hospital.

I storm into my room and collapse on my bed, crying harder than I've ever done before. I don't get a wink of sleep as thoughts of Eli swim through my head.
