Chapter 3- Nice to meet you too Quinn( Not)

I and Alex booked a hotel right next to each other so we can stay close, it is about 9:00am right now I was so tired from last night's trip that I fell asleep like a log right when I got into bed. Right now am heading to the front desk, it seems that this hotel prepares breakfast in the morning, and am pretty sure Alex would be there by now, as far as I know, he loves food more than anything. (smiled slightly) I hoped there is coffee there. I said to myself hopefully. I was dressed in a striped red shirt and black jeans( No makeup) I decided not to wear anything eye-catching since am only going for breakfast.

Just when I walked into the breakfast center I scanned for Alex but couldn't find any sign of him, then there was an astonishingly eye-catching beautiful lady around my age walking into the breakfast center she was dressed in a cream short skirt and a V- neck tank top and a medium colored brown hair that looked like coffee, ( Lol) Am probably just describing it like that because I love coffee if it was a different me that doesn't like coffee ( Hard to believe thought) I will probably describe the hair like the color of honey. 

To my shock, Alex came out behind her and she was all over him, then I noticed that I wasn't the only person staring at them, in fact, everyone at the breakfast center even the front desk was looking at them. " Such a cute couple." One of the ladies said behind me.  

When he saw me he ran to me and hugged me. " Good morning Juliana, How was your night? He said to me slimly " Good mooring to you too and my night was good, (But I can guarantee that yours was better)." I said but didn't say that part out. 

"Who is that? I asked him curiously. " ooh, I met her yesterday," he said. " But we just came to the hotel just last night, how did u meet her just yesterday?" I asked.

"Well, I was carrying my luggage when she saw me struggling to move it on the stairs so she helped me until I reached my door room we started talking about some movies, games, and some other things, and it seems that we get along." He said sliming.

What an odd way to meet. I thought

 "Oh ok, that's good I guess u made your first friend in New York, congratulations," I said to him but felt a weird queasy thing in my stomach but I tried my best not to show it. He made a weird face and then said "Yeah, I can introduce her to you, she is really nice. 

Just then she came over to us and smiled at me I tried my best to give out my best friendly smile but I don't think it worked because she asked "Are you alright?

"Am fine, thanks for asking" I managed to answer politely. " No problem, You must be Juliana, Alex told me a lot about you last night while we were chatting," She said smiling slightly. I guess he did have a very good night not to mention that they are on a first-nickname basis now. 

(I felt even sicker in my stomach for some reason) "It is nice to meet you... " Quinn." She said smiling a little too sweetly. "It is nice to meet you, Quinn, Am afraid I need to get going I have some things to do, I will see you later Alex," I said quickly before I fainted with awkwardness. "It is nice to meet you too," She said still smiling. ( I looked at her Annoyed by her continually smiling act.)

 But I managed and smiled back at her. " Aren't you going to grab breakfast Juliana before you head back to your room? Alex said. " You can join us," Quinn said. " Am not hungry I just came here to look for u Alex, now have found you, I gotta go, See you later it was nice to meet Quinn. I said weirdly. I started walking toward the stairs and looked back to see what Alex was doing I saw Quinn holding hands with Alex and I felt even sicker for some reason.
