"Does he know how you feel" Mama Loretta questioned reaching out to rub over Se'Riah hand.
Se'Riah shook her head no, " Umm after-" Riah stopped not really thinking she should be telling his mom this.
Ms.Loretta gave Riah an raised eyebrow as she jerked her head forward, " After he you know" Riah stopped again praying she dont have to finish it for her.
"He ate yo poon-poon" Ms.Loretta asked chuckling at the end,Riah put her head down getting embarrassed.
"Yeah if you put it like that"
Ms.Loretta continue to talk to Riah which occasionally caused tears to fall.
"Go ahead and go up there I will watch this chubby little baby"
Riah had to ask was she sure about 3 times, "Yes baby I'm sure go up there".
Se'Riah let Ms.Loretta hold Ka'Liyah before heading upstairs, seeing literally every door was closed except the bathroom Riah just started knocking on almost every door.
Before she can knock on the next door Sa'Kai had already opened the door for her already knowing she was going to knock on this door next.
"Can we talk"
Kai stepped back and let Se'Riah into his childhood bedroom,Se'Riah looked around the room seeing all the baby pictures, some sports trophies and a few drawing he probably made when he was little.
Turning around towards Kai they both just stared at eachother not knowing what to say. Kai opened his arms silently asking for a hug, Once Sa'Kai wrapped his arms around Se'Riah waist she just started back crying.
"Was is my fault, did I do anything wrong" Se'Riah asked pulling back to look up at Sa'Kai who almost starting crying just hearing how broken she sounded. "Nah", Kai voiced rasped as he pulled them towards the bed.
"Tell me Sai, after that day I never heard from you again. Was you only using me t-"
Kai cut her off by grabbing her face, "No I wasn't usin' yo' okay I was just scared" Kai whispered rubbing his thumb under her eyes. " Scared of what" Se'Riah questioned putting her hands on his wrist.
Sa'Kai started spilling the beans on why he was scared. The whole time he was talking Se'Riah had to occasionally wipe a few tears away from his eyes as he continued to talk. Soon after he was done Sa'Riah also started to tell Kai how she felt.
"I love you and my baby girl more than anything Essie"
By the end of they confession both was in tears, "I love you Sa'Kai"
Sa'Kai pulled Riah into a tight hug and put his face in her neck as he cried. Kai haven't cried in some years and he's not embarrassed about crying in-front Riah. Now that he's thinking about it he possibly could have lost her and Ka'Liyah within that week.
"I'm sorry" Sa'Kai repeated as he hugged her tighter, Se'Riah pulled back to look at Kai. "It's okay everything is settled now. If you feel this way again talk to me alright Kai I'm here". Se'Riah pulled Kai into a kiss.
They lips wasn't moving they just held they lips there, " Come on let's freshen up Ka'Liyah miss you and I'm hungry as fuck". Sa'Kai laughed heading into the bathroom to get a rag to wipe they face, even though you can tell they been crying.
Once they was done they walked downstairs hand in hand, soon as they hit the last step Daveon nem was looking at them both suspicious. "I know yah woun up der fucking" Azurii spoke up causing Ms.Loretta to walk out the kitchen with Ka'Liyah who was holding a whole rib.
"Sex so good had both of they ass crying" Omari added in causing all they childish ass to laugh. "Aye watch your mouth and leave them alone" Ms.Loretta interrupted they laughter walking words Riah and Kai.
"Hope you dont mind, I change her shirt so she wouldn't mess up her clothes. I was surprised to see she wasn't a picky child, baby ate the macaroni, greens, beans and a little cornbread. This her 2nd bone she ca-"
"Ightt Ma you rambling na" Kai interrupted causing Ms.Loretta to hit him in the chest, " Kai she was not rambling" Se'Riah spoke up defending Ms.Loretta.
Kai waved them off watching Ka'Liyah,Hearing that familiar voice Lola looked up for her bone and started reaching for Kai. "Na I got on light colors" Kai declined backing up a little.
Since Kai told Ms.Loretta she was rambling she pushed Ka'Liyah in Sa'Kai arms getting barbecue sauce on his baby blue Rhude shirt, you could say this was her get back.
