Being saved is so simple, although the life that follows is a hard one. It's a life of trust in what and Who you can't see, it's a life of surrender, of discipline, of persecution. But it's so worth it in the end, and even during the hard times. Because Jesus promises that He's preparing a place for us, and He will come back to Earth to get us when it's ready. And that's why it's so important for people to be saved and to follow Jesus. Because when the true followers of Jesus, the ones who really know Him and follow His commands, are taken, God's wrath will be poured upon the ones who didn't follow Him. It'll be so much worse than anything you can imagine, and I want you to be saved from that. God wants you to be saved from it. So while the life of a Christian is a hard one, it's the only one that will lead to eternal life instead of agony and suffering.
To be saved, you have to believe in your heart that Jesus is the Son of God who was raised from the dead. Then you have to declare with your mouth that Jesus is Lord. By doing this, you surrender your life to Him and He enters your heart, and if you truly believed and were truly saved, you can't lose your salvation. Your relationship with God begins, and you two build it from there. It's worth it.
