The countries have a meeting today with UN.
As you're still not allow to quit the hospital, you just have to do some workout today.
Usually, the nurses or the doctor (Canada), came to pick you up at 9 am to make you did these exercises.
But today, Canada came at 5 am. He wants to see if your body can make it to the exercising room.
You followed him, not really happy he woke you up that early without explaining what was going on. He nicely and shyly smiled to you, holding your arm in case you lose balance. You have a crutch for the other arm.
You both arrived to the room.
Canada let you sit down on a sports machine while he takes a look at the files.
"Alright Y/N, I see that your body is healing really fast. I mean, it's quite normal as the main problem was the lack of food, water and exercising." He tries to stay positive.
He makes you do your first exercise, as usual, you just have to walk on a treadmill.
He hums, seeing that you were quite fine. He pushed the button to make it a bit faster.
"So... The nurses told me you weren't eating that much lately, he?" He said, asking for a response.
"Don't know what's in the plates."
"And you don't drink much."
"I go to the faucet."
"Alright." He thinks for a moment. "If you eat more, I can let you go out, you know?"
"I know."
"Are you going to eat more?"
"Cannot promise anything."
Canada sights.
He pushes the button to make you run.
"It's too fast." You say.
"It's just a regular speed, Y/N. That's why I ask you to eat, you have a big lack of vitamin D, not to forget the iron."
You try to follow the speed, but cannot. Canada grab you before you got to fall.
"I am sorry, but you have to eat. The trainings will be harder and harder for you now, until you get to eat properly."
You growl. "This is unfair."
"No, it is not. Y/N, you've been here since months, now. If you weren't that stubborn with us, if you ate properly, I would have let you out today, for the meeting, or wherever. I would have made you go out and breath. But you cannot even walk as much as I hoped you could."
"Sorry to not reach your expectation." You said with venom. "Making it harder to me won't change anything." You say. "It's already hard enough like that."
Canada puts you on a wheelchair. "So that's how you want to end? Letting all this eat you up until you began to be a burden to your surrounding? I heard you asking France to go home, but you cannot even run. How can you expect her to let you go home if your body isn't even ready for simple tasks?"
You know he's right.
"Whatever." You say.
He sights and take a breath to calm down. Knees in front of you, putting his hands on each side of the wheelchair. "Look, Y/N, I know it's not easy-" "No joke?" You harshly say.
He remains calm. "You need to talk, Y/N. Several nurses told me they heard you during the night, crying, screaming, ... Everybody has been impacted during this war, you've been traumatized too... Please, consider, at least, to come to our group chat meetings if you don't want to talk. Several people have been there too, maybe you might find some reassurance with them, hearing their stories. Maybe one day you'll share yours, only if you want to, and try to find some peace."
You just don't talk. Your eyes get a bit glassy, so you avoid his gaze.
After several minutes, Canada stopped waiting for an answer and leave the place, letting another doctor take care of you while he would go to the meeting with UN.
He wanted to comfort you and hug you, to tell you that everything would be okay, but he also knows how traumatized some people could be with physical contact.
