Harry became even more depressed than he was in the days after he returned from Gringrotts.

It didn't matter to him that Voldmort was his mate because he could tell that his mate was the boy underneath him, Tom Riddle.

Although, Harry had next to no little will to live, he still woke up everyday and went on with his day.

The only reason for that was his godson, Teddy, whose parents died during the war.

But that last little light of his life was also snached away.

Harry had just arrived at the Great Hall, instead of eating, he was poking his food around the plate.

The mail had arrived and to Harry's suprise, one landed near him with its leg sticking out to him.

Harry took the letter, gave some food to the owl and shift his attention the sealed envelope.

Dear, Mr. Potter

We some unpleasant news to the deliver you. It came to our attention that, an hour ago, a report came to us warning us about someone breaking through the wards of the Grimmald Place.

The curplit was caught and is currently in our custody, unfortunately, the break in had happened two hours before the alarm was trigged.

It is great pain and sadness that we, the Gringots Bank, inform you of the passing of Andromeda Black and Ted Lupin.

Please, come to Gringrotts as soon as possible,

Our condolences,

Gringrotts Bank.

All eyes turned to Harry Potter when he screamed painfully.

After that day, no one saw Harry Potter smile again, his face became emotionless, not hint of anything was seen on that face, since he screamed.

Albus Dumbledore knew something was wrong when he got a report from Minerva staying that Prof. Quirrel, teaching DADA at Hogwarts, has been missing for two days.

Albus is well aware of what hides behind the tunic he always wears, after all, Hogwarts has wards able to detect dark magic, he had set them up himself.

When the man had first came to him, hoping for the position of DADA teacher, Dumbledore immediately thought of a plan to test both the boy and Voldmort's strength.

But all of his plans went out of the window when the Potter boy didn't shown any interest on the 3rd floor corridor.

Albus had hoped the boy's curious nature would play in his favour, along with a bit of nudging in the right direction, he could make the two pawns fight.

His mistake was assuming Harry was like his parents, in particular his father, his brave and curious mature had led him in serious trouble that he saw as adventures with his friends.

Albus quickly made his way to the 3rd floor, passed the traps they had set up and stared at the mirror in front of him.

Feeling the weight in his pocket he hastly took it out and cast a spell to confirm its authenticity, before throwing it to the wall and let out a frustrated and angry sigh when it came back negative, meaning it's a fake.

Harry glanced up from his book and title his head slightly and smirked lightly.

He was currently in the RoR with Tom, during his DADA period, the two of them got along well, tho he had notice Tom has been eager to ask questions, but is stopping himself from doing it.

The two of them were quietly reading, each one immersed on their own book until Harry felt one of the many alarming spells going off.

He had to focus his magic on the spell to identify which one it got off and appeared that it was the one he had put on the fake stone.

"Dumbledore is aware the stone was stolen" Harry casually said.

Tom hummed before his mind processes what he said, but abruptly looked up when it registered.

"But if he knows won't he know that I'm alive and connect the dots once i come back?" he asked, a bit confused as to why Harry didn't make the stone realistic to the point it could pass as real even with tests.

"Because it will put pressure on him" Harry started explaining, closing the book "He had planned for the two of us to fight so he can test both our strengths. He was sure that you wouldn't be able to steal the stone that he really put the real one there, as result, you stealing it came as a suprise and now that he thinks you will be back, many of his plans are either destroyed or incompleted. He will be focus on finding you and your plans to care about a transfered studant or me"

Tom pondered his words and agreed with his reasoning.

That very night, Harry found himself on top of the Astronomy Tower.

The night sky was clear and the stars were shining happly without a care, the moon was bathing the earth with its silver light, painting a beautiful landscape for Harry to see.

(Suicide atemp ahead, for those sensitive skip it)

And yet, despiste such a calming a beautiful view, Harry had his heart dead, beating calmly and doing its job even when Harry stood on the railing.

He let gravity do its job and let himself fall foward, he twisted his body to look at the sky, the Orion Constellation appeared to shine more than the others as he fell.

The wind roared by his ears yet, the sound was not registered while he admired the sky.

He closed his eyes when he felt hismelf getting rapidly close to the ground.

(End)

The ground at the base of the Tower was covered in blood, organs and brains. It was impossible for someone to survive such fall and yet Harry woke up like he had black out instead of dying and found himself in the center of such mess.

In his dazed state, he spelled the mess away and stood up.

His dazed eyes gain some clarity when he saw the sunrise at the distance.

Harry Potter couldn't die since then, but he was long dead before that.
