Jack's POV

i wake up and have breakfast and get ready for school. i keep my head down when i am walking to the bus stop.

"what wrong Jack" one of Winter friends ask me

"you will see when you get to school" i say still keeping my head low.

the bus comes and i lets the lady's on first like always and then i get on and sit where Winter and i sit together.

when the bus gets to school, i see a group of people and i go over to check it out.

"hey Ruben look it Jack" someone calls out to him. as soon as i hear that name i turn around and head inside the school

i take one last look back at them and see Winter trying to get out.

"Jack wait" she calls out

i start to run back to her voice

" Jack i need to know who you are" she say still trying to get Ruben to let go of her

i walk over so she can get s better loom at me

"...... you....you......are.....the.....guy.....that...i....have....painted" she say stuttering

"what" i say

"you are the guy from my dreams" as soon as she says that Ruben spins her to face him and kisses her. i can see her eyes turn pink.

" Ruben let her finnish" someone says in the crowd of people

he stops kissing her good. she walks over she is where what she wore on the day i lost her.

"Jack i want you to see this" she pulls out her phone and shows me a picture that she painted of a girl and a boy at the beach while the sun is setting

"this is for you" she keep showing me the picture she give me a hug and goes back to Ruben and i leave

everyone is asking me how Ruben and Winter got together. and just answer

"she is better with him"

i walk to my locker and see winter calling me into a classroom. walk in and shit the door.

"why are you doing this Winter" i ask her

"i love Ruben and i love you. i don't know what i going on" she says

"Ruben has me locked away in a tower and he said that this is my last day of school." she adds holding my hand

"so he going to put you in s tower" i say

"yes and he gets me to smell a rose every day and then my eyes turn pink"

"your eyes turned pink on the day i lost you after Ruben kissed you....... he must have a spell on you" i say

"that would explain why i have been having dreams about you and painting pictures of you in my tower"

"ummm" i say look at her. she is not wearing the necklaces

"where is your necklaces" i ask her

"Oh after Ruben kissed my he pulled it off me and thron it out the tower window" she says feeling her neck

"in that necklaces there is s tracker so i can find you. will flash red when i am close to you" i say keep calm

"that is good because i can see it out the window"

" i will come to you tomorrow while Ruben will be at school ok" i say letting go of her hand"

"Jack i do love you remember that" and with that she kisses me. i kiss her back and she hug me tight.

let pushes me away i hit the desk. i can see her eyes turn red then back to green her normal eye colour.

"you promise you will save me from Ruben" i she

"yes i promise" i say. i leave the class room and Ruben is standing there

"you stay away from Winter if you know what is good for you" say grabbing Winter's hand. have one last look at her eyes. their pink.

" you can have your girlfriend. oh and watch her eye colour if you know what is good for you" i say back at him he looks at winter's eyes their green.

she looks at one last time and their pink. WHAT THE HELL HAS RUBEN DONE TO HER.
