8: Excitement pt. 1

"Ne~ [L/n]-chan, are you free tomorrow?" Mika turned her chair around to look at you. Her brown eyes were sparkling, probably anticipating for you answer. You swallowed the sausage and look up at her.

"Sorry... but I have plans tomorrow." You replied and saw her slowly becoming disappointed.

"Where are you going then?" She continued to inquire while she picked some rice from her colorful bento.

"I'm going somewhere with Aka-kun." You nonchalantly said and kept on eating your bento. Her eyes seemed to widen at the statement ignoring your indifference towards it. You noticed her disappointment vanish so you waited for her to say something else.

"Y-you mean Akashi Seijuro?" You nodded and she squealed but not loud enough to attract attention of the people inside the classroom. You noticed that she somehow started to daydream.

"Do you like Aka-kun?" You asked staring at her blankly. Mika broke out from her daze and looked at you seriously.

"Don't be silly of course I don't but do you have something to wear already?"

"Why won't I? I have clothes in my house... I don't think my clothes would magically disappear." You said however the way you said it was somehow sarcastic making the brunette chuckle.

"That's not what I mean. I mean like have you planned your clothes already?"

"I don't think I should though. Whatever I find comfortable is good enough." You shrugged and started packing your empty bento then stuffed it inside the bag. Mika pouted at the lack of excitement.

"That's no good. We'll go to your house later!" Mika chirped and turned her chair to its original position. You fished out your [f/c] phone from your book bag and contacted your driver.

"Moshi Moshi Shuichi-san can you pick me up after school? A friend of mine is going to visit the house."

"Hai! Ojou-chan." You heard from the other line and thanked him before ending the call. Before the teacher and Akashi could enter the room you shoved the handheld gadget back and straightened your back.

After classes Mika took your hand and quickly dashed to the gates. You saw Shuichi, your driver and butler, waved at you. You introduced Mika to him. After that was the ride to your house.

"Woah! [L/n]-chan this is your house?!" Mika asked in disbelief as she stared wide eyes at the huge house in front of her. You nodded and lead the way to your room. She looked everywhere in awe at the interior of the house.

"Anyway make yourself at home." You told her once you opened the door in your room. She went in and shook her head.

"I can't relax knowing you haven't prepared for the date!" She chirped and went to your wardrobe. She looked for clothes inside your wardrobe and you just sat on your bed and played with your [f/c] 3DS.

After an hour Mika found the clothes that she thinks that would suit you well. She dragged you out from your game and started styling your [h/c] locks. Though you did said it was pointless since it would be tomorrow and that you would ruin the hairstyle in order to sleep well.

After all that you asked Shuichi to take her home. But before she could go you pulled her arm and decided to tell her about you.

"Yamada-san... I haven't told you that I have no emotion or feelings... so I might hurt your feelings without me knowing." You stated and she just gave you a smile.

"That's okay [L/n]-chan! Because I know you wouldn't hurt me intentionally. And I hope you would tell me about it the next time." Mika smiled and went inside the car. You watch the car go and once it's gone you went inside to sleep.

The next day Akashi stood in front of the door of your house. Before he could press the doorbell a man in his 40's opened the door.

"Ah, you must be Masaomi's son." The man said. He was wearing a suit so Akashi immediately assumed that he was your father and also the man knows his father.

"It's nice to meet you I am Akashi Seijuro." He bowed politely.

"What a polite kid." Your father chuckled.

"I'm leaving now Otou-san." You look up to your father and he just smiled. Once you passed to greet Akashi's driver your father turn towards Akashi.

"I guess you already know about her?" Akashi nodded silently. "Then I will leave her in your care Akashi-kun. People who have less are more fragile." Your father said and went inside the house. Akashi thought about what he said but before he could go deep in his thoughts you pulled him into the car.

Once the two of you got out of the car Akashi noticed you wearing a cute white dress that reach up to your knees and [f/c] cardigan in a lighter shade. "You look nice." Akashi complimented.

"Thanks."

"Anyway Aka-kun I've been feeling weird since the car ride. It's like I want to jump around and can't sit down calmly." You said to him and Akashi chuckled. He did noticed how your voice was getting a little bit higher as you speak.

"It probably means you're excited [F/n]." Akashi said you looked up at him and somehow he reminded you of the Akashi in Teiko.
