The roadblock around Alam's boarding house. Usually in the evening with the sky starting to turn orange and the sun preparing to set, the street was completely deserted and rarely did people pass through this area.
And because of the quiet atmosphere every evening, strange rumors began to emerge that passing through here at this hour would appear the appearance of a woman with long black hair wearing all white clothes.
They say that the woman likes to walk in front of people and then stop and surprise them with a creepy face of rot and blood.
But unfortunately, it's just a rumor that people make up. Or maybe not.
Three girls in high school uniforms were walking while chatting cheerfully. They didn't seem to realize that they were passing this way because they were chatting. Until one of them realized it.
"Eh... this is the street that was said to be scary, right?" said one of them.
"Ahahaha ... do you still believe that rumor? There's nothing like that, you know. The only living things in this world are humans, animals, and plants."
"You say that because you've never met them, right?"
"Of course I haven't, because they don't exist."
"Excuse me ...."
Suddenly behind them, a girl called out to the three of them. The three of them couldn't see her face clearly because it was blocked by her long black bangs.
"Hn? What's wrong?"
"It's getting late, a little girl like you might get kidnapped by a ghost."
"Do ...."
"Do?"
Then the girl raised her head and her bangs fell to the side so that her face could be seen clearly.
A pale face with blood flowing from both eyes, where one of the eyeballs had disappeared. The cheek near the corner of the girl's mouth also had a hole and maggots were wriggling out from inside.
"Do you know where my house is?"
"G-GHOST!!!"
The two high school girls had already run ahead of their friend who didn't believe in ghosts. She fell to a sitting position and moved backward slowly trying to get away from the little girl.
"Stay away from me ...."
"Why are you afraid? I'm pretty, right? Hey sis, why don't you talk to me?"
"NO!!! NOW I BELIEVE GHOSTS EXIST!!!"
The high school girl then also ran after her friend who had run first. While the little girl— Kunti-chan just watched them run while a smile formed on her lips.
"Ihihihi ... how exciting!" Kunti-chan let out a typical kuntilanak laugh as she managed to scare them away. "People like them are easy to scare. Well ... while I'm free, maybe I'll find another prey."
As if on cue, Kunti-chan heard footsteps stopping behind her as she was standing in the middle of the street at the moment. She then grinned and immediately looked back to scare the person behind her.
"Excuse me ... do you know where—"
"Can you move out of the way?"
And when Kunti-chan looked back, she was immediately confronted with the face of a man who looked limp and looked dead, even though he was still alive.
"Scary! Your face is scary!" said Kunti-chan in shock.
"Eh? Kunti-chan?"
"A-Alam?"
