The Last Dance
Lorie Jen Rojo
I.
I don’t know what I feel,
I only knew you’re just a friend.
No special feelings or anything
but one day everything went wrong.
II.
When we went for a dance,
and everything seemed so nice.
You’re the king but I’m not the queen,
the music feels good and right.
III.
The next morning I found out,
that you and your queen had a break up.
I’m afraid I’m the cause,
for you approach me no more.
IV.
I’m so sad; to know you’re still there
pushing me away from where I was.
I don’t know what I have done, please tell me.
If you only got the courage to say it in front of me!
V.
It’s so sad to lose a friend,
to lose somebody I’ll never forget.
I don’t know why I’m blaming myself,
do I love you?
VI.
And I know 3 things I don’t know;
I don’t know why I feel this?
I don’t know why I’m like this?
I don’t know why you’re so important like this?
(If you only got the courage to say it in front of me!
Say it!)
