AN: This is my first fanfic so please criticize. This is dedicated and written for my friend. I hope you like it :) xx
This chapter is really short, sorry, my next one will be longer, I promise. :)
I'm an average girl in a good school with good grades, but not like the people who get one hundred per cent in each subject. I don't see myself as pretty nor do I see myself as ugly, I'm not fat, not thin. I'm normal. I'm ordinary. And I'm definitely not perfect.
The horrible thing is that not everyone sees me as normal; they see me as their punching bag. Yes, I'm one of the girls who are always bullied in school. I don't know how, but I managed a friend, a girl I can trust with anything and everything - the one who knows the reason behind my parents' divorce and the girl who doesn't see me as a laughing stalk. Her name is Joanne.
I used to think that I wasn't worth anything and then Joanne enrolled at our school. Since she was new, people thought they could pick on her, but she was strong. She and I both had the same body type, we both had a different sense of style though, I was a bit more girl while her style changed every day. We both were too similar in everything else, even our face structure was nearly the same. However, Joanne got all the attention from everyone, including the popular guys.
For some reason though, she became my friend. She stood up for me. But she had a social life unlike me. She had the best social life is our school, minus the spoilt brats.
My life had always been bad and I never saw the point in living, but everything changed on July twenty-third at 8:22 pm in 2010. The reason I'm alive today is because of five complete randoms meeting together and singing with everything they've got. Four British guys and one Irish boy changed my life forever. Made me live.
