Ashley got up at about 6:30 and noticed a paper slipped under the door as she stood up.

    Mrs. Williams,

Please meet me in the common room at 7:30 before training starts. Come dressed in your best athletic attire.

    Thank you,

        Pogo.

Ashley smiled at the formality of the letter. Shed never realized how peculiar her trip was going to be, but she was enjoying it. Which sounds weird, yes. But she always had known that she had something in her that was different, she just never found it. And as painful as it was, she found it. And that was something she could never forget.

Once Ashley had gotten dressed in her "best athletic attire" and braided her hair, she walked across the hall and down the stairs to Allison's room. When she got there, she saw Allison packing her things, while trying not to cry.

"Hey, what's going on?" Ashley asked, standing next to the woman, reaching out for her hand to get her to calm down, but she was anxiously packing.

"Im gonna miss a court session, I have to get home right away. You can stay though, i know you want to find more out about your powers, and see your dad-" Allison anxiously put out, but Ashley had finally got ahold of the woman's hand and got her to look her in the eye.

"It's gonna be okay," Ashley said exactly what Allison needed to hear. Allison nearly broke down hearing it as her friend pulled her into a hug. "I'll finish what I need to do and then I fly right back home. Kay?" before Allison could respond they let go, seeing Luther enter the room.

"Hey Luther," Allison greeted, her friend letting go of her hand.

"Im gonna be late for pogo, find me before you leave, love you," Ashley explained before walking past the bed, setting a wave to Luther, and leaving.

In the common room, or a living room like normal people call it, Ashley met with the ape. Pogo, was actually dressed in something not formal. He was wearing a trainer-looking outfit, sitting on the couch sipping tea, before Ashley sat in the armchair across from him. He poured her a cup after greeting her.

"So, we already know you can hear others' thoughts. But I am certain there is more. Master hargreeves was set on the quarry that you were the most powerful of the children." pogo began as the woman sipped her tea with a nod.

"Wait how did Reggie know all of this, I dont think I've ever met the man," she asked, looking up at the giant portrait of him on the wall. yup, never seen the guy.

"Master hargreeves wanted to adopt you in the umbrella academy, but your father didn't agree, master hargreeves knew everything about your abilities since you were born," he concluded before Ashley exclaimed a question.

"Speaking of my father, how long will this training go? I do still want to see him."

"Well then, let's get to it."

It started with a few physical tests. Pogo had a checklist of all the things he wanted to practice, hopefully, he would get them done in time for Ashley to see her father.

"You know how to fight," pogo complemented, as they both returned to their resting positions with their hands at their side.

"Thank you pogo," she thanked, sharing a nod with the ape across from her.

"Now we are going to test your reading" he explained, and Ashley sighed. She had been keeping her mind guard up since the evening before when she couldn't walk or stand from the pain of hearing others' thoughts. "I know it's intimidating, but there are fewer people in this room than last night. It shouldn't hurt," he reassured, but she still wasn't excited about what came next.
