'Today sure was busy, i'm excited to get home and play video games with drew, I haven't been hanging out with him lately, being busy with the music club and stuff, don't get me wrong they're also my friends, but I miss Henry, Liam, drew... especially drew' 

'After all, he is my best friend.' I ran upstairs to my room, and massaged Drew;                                  

Drew

Hey bro, you wanna play smth?

Sure, join me

Fast forward

Drew POV:

"Hey drew wanna do a 1v1?" I Heard drew from the other side of the call

"Sure, let's do it" ... an awkward silence falls into place as I set up the match, 'I don't know what to ask him... he's my best friend, yet we've been so distant the past few weeks. I'm sure he's busy with his freak friends but- god, what am I even saying, he'll be done with this soon, then we'll hang out like normal, I don't know why I'm getting so worked up over this'

no POV:

"Sooo... uhh, how's it with the music club? Are you almost done with the song for the competition?"

 "Uhm yeah we finished the song, we've just been practicing lately" responded Jake in a monotone voice. 

"Well, I'm glad we'll be able to hang out more, I... I've missed you jake..."  

"I- uhh I have to hang out with Liam and Henry all day, do you know how many 'fun facts' I know about lettuce?! It's ridiculous" drew said with his heart skipping a beat

 'god, why did I say it like that? Things are gonna get weird now- way to go drew'

Jakes POV

"O-oh! Yeah! Haha they're funny though aren't they?" I said with a slightly shaky voice "hmm, I guess" drew responded. 'The way drew said he missed me, was... sad- does he worry about me that much? I guess he does, I'll invite him over for a sleepover! That'll cheer him up'

No POV

"Sooo... drew, do you maybe wanna have a sleepover at my place? Since you mentioned  you missed me~" said the blonde boy, hoping to cheer up his best friend "for fucks sake jake don't be so weird about it- but... yeah I would like that, you free Friday?" 

"Yep!"

fast forward to Friday

Jake POV

It was after dinner when:'Ding dong' I heard the door bell ring, I was so nervous... my stomach was twisting inside me as I opened the door "hey bro" I heard as drew walked into the door with his backpack. "By the way, I brought my gacha switch, can we connect it too the TV in your room?" I heard the rich boy ask "um.. yeah, sure"

No POV

Drew and Jake walk up the stairs and hook up the gachaswitch to jakes TV "hey btw where are your parents and your brother?" Asked the magenta haired boy while he turned on the console. "Oh.. my parents are on a business trip and they don't trust me with taking care of milo so he's staying with a friend"

"Is that because you lost him in the soup aisle once?"

"Wha-? No!" Drew chuckled "whatever you say"

'They turned on the game and started playing Maria kart, they had been playing for hours when drew got a call from zoey "god, she's so annoying" Drew murmured to himself while pausing the game "hold on one seacond jake"

"Zoey, i told you I was busy today what the hell do you want?!... why did I cancel? I told you I have plans with someone else- fine, we can go next week-who am I busy with? Someone more important than you" drew hung up, put is phone in his pocket and annoyed, he unpaused the game but Jake stopped it again "is everything good man? You didn't seem too happy with zoey" 

"You know her, she won't stop annoying me. I actually cancelled my date with her to be with you and she thinks I'm cheating on her" drew sighed "why am I still with her? I mean, there are so many other people I could be dating, hell- I could date YOU and it'd be less annoying"

Drew paused by realizing what he said "huh?" Questioned jake in a flustered voice "I- uhm, let's just go b-back to the uhh game" remarked drew, stuttering his every word.

Jakes POV

"Actually, I don't wanna play anymore"  I said as I turned off the game"okay.. so what do you wanna do?" I heard from the other voice in the room "how about we prank call some people?"  I said in an enthusiastic voice, drew nodded 

We did that for about three hours, calling friends, businesses, and random ass numbers. Seeing drew so happy made me smile

"BROO WHAT EVEN WAS THAT?! I DIDN'T KNOW THEY'D CALL BACK BAHAHAH" 'drew laughed at me, not in a mean way, he was just teasing' "oh god... haha.. what time is it jake..?"

"SHIT- it's almost two- we should get ready for bed" I said, yawning

"Good idea" drew said as he grabbed his backpack, taking out his shorts and his t shirt and slowly taking off his shirt, 'wait- now? In front of me?! Normally this is fine- what's happening? I-I just can't stop staring at his hot, sexy fucking abs. Am I sweating? This can't be-'

 "Jake- you good?" I heard drew talking to me. 'I can't look him in the eyes...' "I- uhm y-yeah why do you ask? Haha.." 'was I blushing?! How did he notice me staring at him? I'm such a creep' "idk you just seemed off "drew responded "really? I'm fine" 

"oh ok"

'I lied. I wasn't fine, he was way hotter than the last time I saw him, he was also cuter, and nicer somehow? I wanted to get close and cuddle with him, I wanted to kiss him as if we were more than friends. But I can't do that- it's not worth It if he doesn't like me back..' 

"Hey imma go too the bathroom" I said, trembling, drew nodded as I walked out the door

No POV (TW!)

Jake sat there, on the floor of the bathroom, crying 'why the hell do I feel this way..?' he whimpered. "I'm fucked up" Jake grabbed a razor and put it close to his thighs "I'm a fucking creep" jake whimpered as he heard the door open. "JAKE WHAT HAPPENED?! ARE YOU OKAY? WHY ARE YOU CRYING?!" said drew, with tears coming out of his eyes. He ran over towards Jake and took the razor out of his hands.."J-JAKE WHAT THE FUCK ARE YOU DOING?!" Drew sobbed, hugging Jake "drew- i-i couldn't stop staring at you... what the hell is wrong with me?"

"Maybe... you're in love with me" drew said shyly

'Jake stared at Drew's eyes, passionately'
