"Otulissa what's wrong?" Alexis asks as she and Soren land next to Otulissa as she is near the crowd of owls.
"What happened?" Soren asks.
"Lord Allomere rescued two owlets in the Beaks. It looks like he's hurt. I think he ran into some of your Pure Ones. You know I didn't really believe you before." Otulissa says.
"Neither did I to be quite honest." Alexis says as she looks at Soren.
"Oh well that's okay. You know I wouldn't have believed me either." Soren says.
"Soren! Soren come fast. It's Eglantine." Mrs. Plithiver says as she comes racing over.
"Eglantine? Let me through! Let me pass! No." Soren says as he races through the crowd and over to one of the owlets.
"What's wrong? Oh no." Alexis says as she goes over to Soren and sees Eglantine has been moon blinked.
"Do you think you can help her?" Soren asks as Barran comes over and looks at Eglantine.
"We will do our best Soren." Barran says.
"Eglantine. Eglantine." Soren says sadly as he watches Eglantine and the other owlet be carried off.
"It'll be okay Soren. My mother is one of our best healers." Alexis says as she tries to comfort Soren.
*Timeskip*
"He's in there. Good luck Soren but his answer isn't gonna be the one you want." Alexis says as she lands on a branch with Soren near Ezylryb's hollow.
"I have to try." Soren says as he flies inside the hollow before Ezylryb flies out and looks at Alexis.
"Alexis your father said to stay here." Ezylryb says sternly.
"I understand. I was planning on it.. I'm better needed here.. No matter how much I wanna fight." Alexis says as she sighs.
"Good girl. Getting wise like your old master.. but you'll get your chance one day." Ezylryb says before flying off as Soren comes over and lands on the branch next to Alexis.
"Said no did he?" Alexis asks as she looks at Soren.
"Yes." Soren says disappointedly.
"For now Soren he is correct. We are better here. Come on. Let's go tend to your sister." Alexis says as she takes off flying.
