Catastrophe POV
I walked cautiously into the room, crazy laughter bouncing off of the walls, it sounded like Harley Quinn on steroids.
It was completely dark in the room, so I moved cautiously. One foot almost directly in front of the other. I saw an orange light in front of me, and then a red one. "Hello?" I called. I heard a metal chair slide across the floor.
A light was switched on overhead, a tiny lightbulb. A woman stood with a cigar in her lips, smiling at me. She took it out, blew a puff of smoke, and put it back in.
"Name?" I asked. She took the cigar out and returned to the metal chair. Slapping her boots on the table, she replied: "Lucky Fiori." She did a mock half bow. (A/N: Does she remind anyone of The Comedian from Watchmen?)
"Catastrophe." I said, my eyes unmoving from the tip of her cigar. "And I'm the Crimson Curse." Someone said in a high pitch voice behind me. I kicked out and was surprised when I ended up on the floor. She had twisted my foot!
I heard the deranged laughter again and shuttered. Getting up, I circled Crimson Curse at a crouch. When I stood up fully, she turned and I punched the Crimson Curse in the jaw. She reeled back into the light.
"That's better." I laughed. She threw three ninja stars at me. I ducked from two and caught the third in my gloved hand. I threw it back and the Crimson Curse ducked, giving me a shrill laugh.
"Well, you're clearly mental." I said. She laughed even harder. "We must defeat Arsyn." Lucky Fiori said, making me jump. I had completely forgotten she was there.
"Yes. Any ideas?" I asked, leaning on the table. I felt something in my back pocket and brought it out. It was a throwing knife! When did that get there....?
"We need to get as many people as we can to defeat her, so the testing will stop." She put the cigar back into her mouth. "A revolution right under her nose. Isn't that just purrrfect,
Cat-astrophe?" The Crimson Curse smiled.I laughed and shook my head at her craziness. Lucky Fiori walked over to the far corner and switched on a light. She returned to the table. "Let's play a little game." The Crimson Curse giggled.
I nodded and stepped back from her. She started throwing a hundred ninja stars at once! I dodged and lashed out with a throwing knife. A few ninja stars bounced off my knife and flew across the room. Lucky Fiori sat in the same place, smoking her cigar, while ninja stars flew over her head.
I tackled the Crimson Curse and we fell to the ground. "Stay down." I said. She nodded and didn't move, still smiling. "Find Headmistress. You'll have to fight her, but get her on your side." Lucky Fiori said.
The door unbolted and The Trinity came in, walking in perfect sync, as if they were one person. Maybe they were.... "Well done." They said together.
They lead me out and down a few hallways. We came to an elevator. One of The Trinity pushed the button and the top dinged. Out walked Arsyn.
"You're coming along nicely." She smiled at me. "Very funny." I growled. The Trinity dragged me into the elevator. They're stronger than they look.....
They pushed a button and I felt the elevator go down. My rage still bubbling in my chest, the elevator dinged and stopped moving. The doors opened into a gigantic room.
The Trinity pushed me out and they left in the elevator. I saw what appeared to be a dark room, the walls had a tic-tac-toe pattern with purple neon lights. I heard a motorcycle and jumped.
