Chapter 5: Hidden Element

As they where walking to school Barry checked his phone because he got a notification, he suddenly stopped dead in his tracks he confused the others, "there's still an 1 hour and half left until school starts" he cried they all look confused and didn't believe him till he showed them his phone. They decided to head to the library, on their way they were talking about the different books they could get, "I would love a Joke book" Said Caitlin obliviously "Naw Horror is where it's at" William argued, "your Both wrong super hero comics are where it's at, especially Speed-man" Said Allen, Alec and Barry looked at each other "Mystery Books are the best" They said in sync, "Fantasy Mystery Novels are the best types of books" said Alec "agreed" said Barry, they finally arrived at the library not knowing what adventure awaits them. They walked into the library to get greeted by the librarian Ms.Wimple, "hello Children what you are looking for today" said Ms.Wimple, "We are looking for Books on the elements and training techniques for each one" Barry said clutching one of his backpack straps tightly, "Oh yes let me get them for you, there up high so I'll need the ladder" Ms.Wimple said, "Are you sure we can't just reach it ourselves" asked Alec, "No dear, I'll just use the ladder" Said Ms.Wimple, she climbed the ladder and grabbed 7 books, she climbed down and stumbled on the last step. She dropped one of the books and didn't notice. She walked towards the checkout counter and put down the books. She counted the books and realized she had forgotten one book. She looked around and saw the book she dropped she walked towards the book and tripped on a step, she fell right next to the book, and her glasses fell off her head and onto the floor next to her, her head drawn to a blank her vision went white and saw the fight that happened between Vincent and the Kids, she also saw the wounds that Alec and Vincent had, she regained her ability to think and grabbed the book, she picked her glasses and put them back on "Are your alright Ms.Wimple?" Caitlin asked, "Yes dear, thank you for asking" Ms.Wimple replied she scanned the books and handed it to them "Bye Ms.Wimple" Caitlin and Barry said as the group were walking towards the exit "Wait!" Ms.Wimple yelled, they all looked back "Alec come here dear, " Ms.Wimple said, "ok.." Alec said nervously, he walked back up to the Desk and she handed him a scroll, "Use this on your chest dear, just read the scroll out loud while touching your bandaids" Ms.Wimple said sweetly, "I guess there that obvious.. huh.." Alec said, his bandaids where peeking through his collared uniform shirt, "Alright thanks I'll be on my way now" Alec said waving awkwardly, when he walked outside he saw his siblings waiting for him "Alright let's go" Allen said, They all walked to school asking Alec questions about the Scroll Ms.Wimple gave him, "okay I promise this is the last question, What kind of scroll is it?" Caitlin asked, "It's a healing scroll" Alec said, once they got to school they walked into the building and they were all stared at, no matter where they went if there were people there they were being stared at. "How's it feel to almost die, huh?" One of the Kids said mockingly "You wanna find out"Alec and Allen said in sync, the kid went quiet and they all walked off, "Okay me and Caitie will go to our class, Allen and Will, you two got to your classes and Al you go to yours" Barry said, they all slip up and went to their classes.

Once Caitlin and Barry sat down people started whispering, they couldn't exactly hear them but they knew what it was about, "Okay class we will be talking about different ways to build your power" Mr.Harrison said, "Speaking of powers, how did your Brother feel to get hit with a ball of water and almost die!" A random student said mockingly, Caitlin stood up, "I've had about a enough of all of you" Caitlin yelled,"Ms.Nieves Sit down!" Mr.Harrison yelled, Caitlin's eyes glowed, one blue the other red, she looked up at the student and summoned a ball of water, she threw it at him and it hit the student, the student started to cough up blood from the blow, she lifted up both of her hands and the blood started flowing upwards.
