The great regression

Tracey and her best friend Tina had started working at this fantastic new medical facility that reduced adults who mentally needed to be babies into actual babies.  She didn't understand it herself, but thought that if these poor people needed that to prevent self-harming or worse, then this had to be worthwhile.  Before being employed both Tracey and Tina had to sign a none-disclosure-agreement (NDA) that prevented them from talking about anything they said or heard at the facility with anyone not employed by the facility, and that included family.  While both Tracey and Tina understood the need for patient confidentiality in such a unique situation they both thought that it would be ok to speak to their boyfriends about it, and so the first weekend after starting work at the facility they told their boyfriends Jack and Lewis all about how four adults had come to the facility mentally regressed and had then been changed physically into new born babies.  The boys thought is incredible but the girls went on to explain how some adults just couldn't cope and that this was to help them out and prevent them from doing anything to harm themselves.  Tina had even taken a few pictures on her phone of the adults before the transformation and after, so she showed them to the boys.

The following Monday both Tracey and Tina were asked to attend the owner's office, when they arrived they saw that their boyfriends were already in the office but appeared to be asleep in two chairs.  The facility owner Tony told them that all new employees were monitored for several weeks to ensure that they did not break their confidentiality clause, however as they had broken the clause something needed to be done.  Tracey thought that they would call the police, but Tony went on to tell them that what they had been told about the facility was not entirely true, and that the patients had no mental conditions at all but were in fact forcibly regressed to be mentally babies before being physically regressed, following which they would spend several months at the facility getting used to their new station in life before being sold to the highest bidder on the black market.  Tracey was aghast and glanced around at their boyfriends again hoping for some help by then she realised that they weren't asleep at all but were awake only unable to move, just then Tracey felt a sharp sting in her arm and turned back to see one of her fellow nurses backing away with a syringe in her hand, "no, not me" said Tracey weekly as she felt all strength leave her and she tumbled to the floor next to Tina who had already fallen.  The two girls and two boys were lifted onto gurneys and taken to the mental regression waiting room, Tracey had not been in this room yet but Tina had and Tracey could see the horror on Tina's face.  John was taken into the next room first and after only a few minutes he was returned, only now he seemed more relaxed, even babyish in his face, and he was wearing one of the adult size baby sleepers that the other patients had been wearing, Tracey could see the unmistakeable bulge of a diaper underneath.  John's eyes met Tina's and she saw the horror and tears in them before he was wheeled past and taken out of the room to the next waiting area.  Lewis was next and he was obviously starting to shake off the effects of the drug and started to struggle, the nurses had to call several orderlies who together with the nurses pinned Lewis to the gurney while he was wheeled into the next room.  Due to the disturbance the door was left open so that Tracey could see what was happening, Lewis was given another injection while some headphones were placed on his head, but he continued to struggle until they pressed some buttons and something must have started coming out of those headphones because his struggles slowly got less and less until he relaxed back on the table facing up, from the angle she was at Tracey could see a dark patch start and then grow around Lewis's groin area before she realised that he was wetting himself uncontrollably.  The orderlies left the room while the nurses efficiently cut away Lewis's clothes before applying diaper crème, baby powder, and then an adult sized diaper.  After which they dressed him in a sleeper and transferred him back onto the gurney and wheeled him out.  Again Tracey managed to make eye contact with him and she saw the abject fear in those eyes, the fear of someone without any control over themselves or their future.  As Lewis left the room, the nurses wheeled Tina into the next room, this time they didn't bother to shut the door and again Tracey watched as they lifted Tina onto the machine, gave her the injection and applied the headphones before turning the machine on.  Again Tracey witnessed the loss of Tina's continence as she uncontrollably wet herself, only this time something else must have happened as one of the nurses gave a huff and said something like "I knew she would be the one to do that".  The nurses again expertly cut off Tina's adult clothes in a one way trip to infant status, only as they cut off her jeans and knickers they had a waste bin ready and a large pack of baby wipes, then it became evident that Tina had messed herself.  Tracey was shocked as she watched them clean-up her best friend, who only last week would have been doing that same process to someone else.  Tina was quickly diapered and dressed before being wheeled out.  Now it was Tracey's turn, she tried to struggle but was still under the control of the relaxant drug too much, she was wheeled into the mind regression room and lifted from the gurney to the machine.  Tracey looked up and recognised the nurse performing the procedure as one who she had worked with last week, Tracey had even brought this nurse a coffee and had a laugh with her at lunch time.  Tracey tried to plead with her eyes but the nurse was just efficiently performing her duties and in less than 2 minutes had injected Tracey with the regression drug and placed the headphones over her ears.  The machine was switched on and Tracey heard some funny sounds but otherwise didn't feel any different, the machine was switched off and Tracey thought to herself that it hadn't worked on her for some reason, then she felt a warm and almost hot sensation around her groin, she tried to look around to see if the nurse had spilled coffee on her but the nurse was preparing the trolley with diapers and baby clothes, it was then that Tracey realised that while she could move again it was very limited and difficult to have any control at all, and it came to her that the warmth she felt was her actually wetting herself.  She started to tear up thinking how horribly this was but then she had a very faint feeling in her abdomen and thought that she must be about to wet herself again but instead of wetting she just had a funny feeling down below after which she just felt strangely uncomfortable.  The nurse gave her a funny look and told her that she could have waited until she had a diaper on.  Tracey thought that was a strange thing to say but then she smelt it, oh no, she thought, I have messed myself.  The nurse began to cut away Tracey's adult clothes and as they did with Tina they expertly cleaned up her bottom wiping away the mess with wipes and replacing it with diaper crème and baby powder before encasing her in a fresh diaper, the first of thousands Tracey was sure.  Tracey was then dressed in an adult size baby sleeper and wheeled down a number of corridors until she found herself in the room where she recognised as the one she had been working in the previous week.  This was the room where adult babies were kept before being physically regressed to actual baby status.  Tina, John and Lewis had already been transferred into baby incubators/cribs, Tracey was transferred into the last empty one.  Tracey looked around as much as she could and realised that she knew just about every nurse in the room, then she saw Mandy, the one nurse that she did not get along with at all, in fact Mandy had been a bully at the school where Tracey had gone and had bullied Tracey for several years.  Mandy saw Tracey and started to walk over, Tracey felt her diaper grow warm as her fear made her infantile bladder completely give way with anything still inside.  Mandy leant over the crib and smiled at Tracey, "well, well" said Mandy before going on to explain just how fitting this was for a whining baby like Tracey to actually become a mental and physical baby in the very facility where she used to work.  Mandy then spoke to the senior nurse and asked to be the one to care for Tracey, Tracey tried to say no but could only gurgle like a new born.  Even though Mandy was obviously enjoying the experience of tormenting Tracey in her baby status, Mandy did not shirk her duties, Tracey was fed and changed at regular intervals.  The most horrible moment was when Tracey realised that she felt uncomfortable around her bottom and must have messed herself without even knowing, when Mandy came to see what was causing Tracey to fuss in her crib she immediately caught a whiff of the messy diaper and with a huge grin started telling how it was ok for babies to go poopie in their diapers, because that is what diapers are for, and that Tracey was only a little baby even if she thought that she was still an adult because she was big, that was about to change and she would be left with no delusion at all about her baby status.
