Narrator's POV: 2 months had quickly passed, everything was perfect in Sanemi's new life. Although, Sanemi is always concerned of how Tomioka looks so dead. Every time their hands unite, it feels like Sanemi is touching a spirit. The softness of Tomioka's skin somehow giving Sanemi chills. Every hug feels like Sanemi is just hugging himself, every stroke Sanemi does on Tomioka's hair is immensely comforting for Sanemi.
How Tomioka's head is resting cozily on Sanemi shoulders, and how Sanemi feels the gentle breathing of the frail and pale young man. Despite all Tomioka's unusual features, Sanemi doesn't mind it much. In fact, he loves it. In Sanemi's perspective, Tomioka was his angel. A beautiful angel from heaven sent specifically for him.
There was a specific day Sanemi never forgot in the time he and Tomioka went on a date near the hills and river. The butterflies fluttered around the two, while the two we're holding hands just running around together. This moment felt so magical as if it was a disney movie.
The two took a break from running around and laid on the grass, both of their hands still connected. It was comfortable silence happening as the two admired the sunset view. (Why am I so addicted to sunset views) ''Do you have any dream, Sanemi?'' Tomioka asked completely out of nowhere. Sanemi sat up and so did Tomioka. ''Hm, yeah of course. I have a lot. Why'd you ask?'' Sanemi asked.
''Well, there was a particular wish that was granted already. It was to be finally noticed. I spent a lot of lonely years just by myself, I don't even have family anymore. I longed to be with someone or at least just have someone in accompany. Then the moment you called up for my attention and asked if I was okay, I felt so joyed I almost felt like tearing up. So I'm grateful for you Sanemi.'' Tomioka answered pure heartedly.
Sanemi smiled, ''I'm glad I was the one, and well I also had a dream that was granted. It was to actually be loved dearly by someone. Yeah sure my family already does, but it's different. I was always judged and rejected by people quickly. Making me hopeless in ever finding someone to love me. Then, a miracle was gifted in my life. To which the miracle was you.''
Tomioka jumped onto Sanemi for a warm embrace, relieved that there's finally someone who noticed him, and is genuinely in love with him. ''And you wanna know what my other dream is?'' Sanemi said, Tomioka nodded with curiosity. ''It's to marry you, I dreamt of it ever since the day I met you.'' Tomioka choked while he was blushing crazily.
''ACKKK- Sanemi! You're so fucking corny!!'' Tomioka exclaimed jokingly. ''No seriously!! I do wanna marry you!'' Sanemi said. Tomioka choked again, the sense of euphoria Tomioka was feeling is making him tear up since he couldn't handle much emotion.
It's been awhile since Tomioka ever felt so happy and loved, it's been so long that Tomioka started getting emotional. ''Sorry, it's just- It's been a long time, I've felt genuinely happy.'' Tomioka wiped his tears. ''Wait I didn't mean to make you cry...'' Sanemi said with guilt.
''No it's okay, it's not your fault.'' Tomioka sobbed silently. He rested his head on Sanemi's chest, as Sanemi slowly ran his fingers on Tomioka's hair. ''I love you, Sanemi.'' Tomioka whispered as his eyelids started to feel heavy.
''I love you to the moon and back, Giyuu.'' Sanemi whispered.
