"I see you want permission to leave your mentor training early so you can do an interview project on the UA students?" Lady Midnight asked, confirming my statement.

"Yes, Miss Midnight. As much as I would like to continue to train under your watch, I feel I've learned enough to do this project before midterms begin to get an idea of the UA students' goals for the future." I added.

Lady Midnight chuckled in amusement, "I admire your dedication, Y/N. Since you have no specific class in mind for these interviews, I think I'll be able to help make arrangements for you. I'll ask them to give you at least a week to do the interviews and get everything you need." Midnight stood up from her desk, putting her hands on my shoulders with a sincere smile, "You got potential, Y/N. Be sure to make it count like it's your last."

My eyes lit up with glee when Midnight said those words. A smile grew across my face as I nodded in confidence. A few days later, Lady Midnight got the approval to do the interviews with classes A and B. Within those few days. I've written a few questions and some standard questions to keep everything casual and fun. The day finally came as I walked towards the metal gates leading into the school dormitories. Greeting me were the Principal and three teachers, Principal Nezu, Eraserhead, Vlad King, and Present Mic. To be honest, I was intimidated by their presence, but I put on my friendliest smile as I went up to greet them. Principal Nezu was the first to greet me, "Welcome, Y/N. We've been expecting your arrival. Midnight told us great things about you and your skills."

My smile grew brighter when he mentioned Midnight, "Thank you for the great opportunity. I can't wait to get started."

Eraserhead, Mr. Aizawa, stepped in, saying, "Glad to hear your enthusiasm, I'm sure you've planned plenty of questions for our students, but we would like you to attend our classes to get a better feel for their personalities in the environment theirs in. We would like you to come up with independent questions for each student."

The smile on my face slowly dissolved into a terrified, confused look, "Wait, what? Attend your classes? I'm sorry, this must be a mistake. My interview is not like any reporter's interview. I wanted to ask simple questions to see if I would get the same answer but with different intentions. Intrusion on heroes' problems with my curiosity that the general public has no interest in knowing."

Principal Nezu stated, "Hence the need for you to attend their class. We would like our students to prepare for such questions that they accidentally leak something personal to the general public. Personal actions could affect how they respond with curiosity, which could ruin their reputation and self-image to the general public." A look of sincerity came across your face from the thought of it. Principal Nezu continues, "We've decided to give you an entire month to complete your interviews. Per classes, come up with your questions. For two weeks, you can do the interviewing process with each student. You should be able to have everything you need."

Midnight did mention you have a sharp eye on catching suspicious behavior when hidden under a hidden persona. We want you to not hold back on your questions with our students." Eraserhead pointed out. " We depend on your ability to do this more than any other pro teacher in this school to do this experiment. It's beneficial not only for our students but for you as well. We won't force you if you think you're not ready for the task. It's your decision."

I pause for a moment, 'I don't feel comfortable about this, but I might not be able to get an opportunity like this ever again. I guess I will have to pull through it to improve my skills as a reporter.' I thought. A heavy sigh left my mouth, ready for what was to come later, "Okay, I'll do it."

Later, they gave me files for each student in their classes to better understand who are the students when I questioned them. I've spent the rest of the entire day examining each file while also taking notes. The first week, I attended class 1B. I gathered a decent amount of questions for each student. I began to feel good about myself and excited to start class 1A soon. One student, in particular, caught your eye when you were going through the files, Katsuki Bakugou, Class A's top five students and sports festival first-place winner.
