Niall and Louis started their day, by looking around the festival and getting some drinks. The music acts wouldn't start til noon, so they had a good few hours.

"What should we do first?" Louis asks looking around.

"Ooh waffle house!" Niall pointed out excitingly.

"It's 10 Am Ni." Louis laughed as he dragged over. But he got a hot chocolate so we WANST complaining.

They sat on a grassy area and just listened to speakers okay crappy radio pop songs while Niall ate his food.

"It actually doesn't look half bad here." Louis admits.

"See." Niall mugged him with his eyebrow, mouth full of waffle.

"I'm not bad at making plans." He smirked.

"Oh yeah! What about that time you told me we gonna go see a shooting star, and made me drive in my already shitty car to a cliff just to find out the shooting star would appear in February 2084 not 2022." Louis replied smugly.

"That was two years ago! Let it go." Niall rolled his eyes.

"Never. We waited four hours in the cold for that damn star." Louis huffed and took a sip of his drink.

"I think they start running the Ferris wheel at 11?" Niall spoke.

"We can do that first." Louis nodded.

"Yeah, and the other rides should too. Can do that first and then check out the music acts?" Niall suggested as he finished his waffle.

"Sounds good." Louis smiled.

"Let's just let the waffle digest first." He chuckled.

.....

"Look how high we are!"

"I see, I can't tell if I like this or not." Louis laughed nervously looking down. It didn't seem this high from the ground.

"Try not to look down, look, over there!" Niall tried to help his friend, pointing to the pretty view of the river and the town.

"Oh that is pretty." Louis mumbled.

"Kinda looks a Disney town."

"I can see your restaurant from here." Niall pointed out as the Ferris wheel slowly moved.

"Looks there's our old school and the cinema!" Louis smiled. The boys had a good time pointing out childhood memories. Even though it was smallish town, it was there home.

"You okay after that?" Niall laughed at Louis walking a little funny.

"Oi! Laugh at me." Louis scoffed.

"Sorry mate c'mon, let's go explore more." Niall wrapped an arm around Louis' shoulders and was soon dragging him all over the place.

They went on the carousel next, Louis was on a horse and Niall next to him. Louis much preferred that compared to the wheel.

Bumper cars was an obvious one to not miss out on. Niall and Louis made it their mission to give each other conclusions. Many yells from the booth operator, was directed towards them.

After that, they had a break and found caramel apples, they each got one and sat to eat while watching the first act.

It wasn't a tribute but a small artist, she looked around 25 and Louis enjoyed her, gave lana vibes he thought.

The day was passing quickly and Louis really did enjoy himself.

They moved around to different stages, went on a few more carnival like games and finally decided it toilet break time.

They toilets were porta-potties and obviously the grossest thing ever. But both boys found one free and agreed to meet at the sinks.

Louis did his business and got out as quickly as he could, luckily there a sink in the toilet and he had hand sanitizer so he didn't feel too gross.

As he made he way to the sinks to meet Niall. He noticed a small pink unicorn on the floor. It wasn't dirty and looked freshly dropped, he quickly picked it up and smiled at its rainbow tail and mane and dopey smile.

"Excuse that's mine."

Sorry, was more of a filler chapter.
