It was dark outside as Mirra began to walk home. She slowly walked as she listened to the sounds that she enjoyed the most.

"Silence, this is what I need," she said in relief.

The night breeze blew gently as she closed her eyes.

Her peace was disturbed when she heard a clashing against the trash cans.

She wasn't going to bother asking who was there because it would just turn out like those horror movies, you know when the girl's alone and she says "Hello" and it was no one there and then 2 minutes later, a psycho with a chainsaw is chasing after her.

She just walked quickly.
...
At her door step she pulled out her keys and placed it into the key hole, she unlocked her door but halted when her name was said faintly.

She quickly skimmed behind her but locked on a shadow that was standing in the middle of the street.
The shadow called her name again and this time she began to shake.

She ran inside and slammed her door, locking all the locks.

"W-who was that?" She trembled.

She looked up and saw the shadow again. This time it was more of a bodily figure.

She dashed past it and ran up the stairs. She shut her room door as she slowly backed away.
The door began to rattle as she slid to her knees.

The door knob twisted as it slowly creeked open.

"Mirra, stop!" It said behind the door.
Her candles were the only things that was keeping that corner next to the door lit.

The boy walked in with a bloody knife in his hand. He smiled as the slits on his mouth stretched more.
His skin was pale and his eyes were big as if his lids were burned off.

"What do you want from me?" She asked as she tried to hide the fact that she was terrified.

"I won't hurt you," he said lifting up the candles.

"Bull shit, that is bull shit!" She shouted, standing up.
He blew them out as they fell to the floor.
It was now dark.

His pale face shined throughout the dark room.
Mirra was pinned against the wall as she was forcefully kissed by this mysterious man.

Her eyes widened. He removed his lips and smiled. Her attention was drawed towards the knife that was firmly in his hand.

He noticed her looking at it and he raised it. Scared, she began to cry. He placed the knife on the end table.

"I said, I wont hurt you."

She stared deeply into his eyes.

"Why me? Why do you do this to me?"

"I know you better than you know yourself," he replied.

That voice, those words. She knew them all to well. She placed her hand on the side of his face.

"What happened to you, Jeffrey?"

He just smiled, "I saw the world differently, it is killed or be killed."

She forcefully hugged him.

"I'm sorry, I should've been there for you, it's my fault that you're like this," she cried.

He pulled back to kiss her again, this time he kissed her deeply.
They both stumbled on the bed.

"I want you to be here for me tonight, will you allow me to take you?" He asked.

"I'm not afraid of you anymore."
