Welcome to my new book, Purely Platonic!! It is a Love Island based novel.

im ngl, i kinda wrote this on a whim. i watched season one on netflix and had a minor obsession with it, so i wrote this. is it cringey? absolutely. do I care? no. this story is overdramatic but overall kind of short so it is what it is.

SOME THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW:

- you do not necessarily need to watch the show to read this!!

- for the love island fans out there: THIS WILL NOT FOLLOW THE SHOW!! I have made events in my own order. there are only two re-couple-ing ceremonies. only a couple of games are shown.

- I have made up my own contestants. this means that no contestants from any seasons will appear in this story.

- I made Arielle Vandenburg my host.

- no new islanders will appear!! there will be an original cast, which will stick throughout the entire story. this makes it easier to keep track of the characters and make it a little less confusing.

- this story will take place in Fiji. thought i should clarify cuz i dont rly discuss it much in the story.
