9. Back to the party

A flash of greens and other colors I didn't pay attention to as Loki snapped his fingers. I looked around and saw we were at the party again!

Oh God, is Jane worried about me?

Currently, Jane was flirting with Thor.

"Oh love, don't worry about those other mortals. They know your safe if you're with me." Loki reassured me as we walked out of some sort of alley way.

"You're right. I'll see them soon. Now, where's Thor?" I asked as I looked around to see a Chinese restaurant with Thor and several other people.

"Lady Y/n and Loki! You're back! How was your date thingy?" Thor yelled around the street as we walked over.

"It was nice, I had the time of my life." I replied with a cheeky smile, thinking. Loki shoved me with a teasing smirk as I got a plate of food.

"So, what do you think of Loki?" Thor whispered at me. I looked up with a faint smile.

"He's great, but, I'm stuck here so I can't really..." I trailed off as I hoped Thor got the memo. He did and frowned.

"Oh, that's not the point of a relationship." He told himself. I sighed.

"We are too different. It doesn't make sense." I replied as I looked down, Loki somewhere I have no idea where.

"Hey, cheer up, I'll make him visit so many times you'll get sick of him!" Thor told me with a smile on his face.

I nodded back.

"Let's hope."

After a couple minutes, Thor had to comment on the food.

"Late-night Chinese is the best. Oh, I love food." He moaned in delight as I sat next to him.

Thor turned and waved over Loki.

"Loki, get your blue butt over here. You have to try these dumplings." I just noticed where Loki was, in the corner and out of sight.

I got up and walked over, hearing there conversation.

"Hey, Earth girl. You are friend's Y/n, right? You know, we could double date." Loki commented, doing kissing noises.

I giggle to myself as I stood next to him, my height nothing compared to his. I saw him look down at me with a smile for a split second before he went back to the phone.

"Oh, don't get your knickers in a twist. He's right here... oh!" Loki accidentally dropped the phone and it fell, smashing on the concrete.

Loki gave it a deadpan look then down up at me.

"Oh. Right."

I stuck with Loki the rest of the night we had, which was like three hours but still felt like a minute.

We went around the world, to America again all the way to Australia where I was still with Loki.

Specifically on his shoulder.

Right now we were in Sydney as I looked up to see Thor yell.

"Everyone! Watch me slide down that pointy thing." he pointed his hammer in the direction of the thing he was talking about, the crowd whooping.

Until the lady that fought him the first time caught him, making them both go flying.

I squeezed Loki's shoulder tighter as we watched him leave. It was kinda funny. Loki just shook his head and we all continued to party for about fifteen minutes.

Then Thor showed up. Yelling. To us.

"Loki, my brother. I require your assistance." Thor told him as Loki moved his hole body towards him, me almost falling off.

"Ah, one step ahead of you, Tiny Thunder. My bro's trying this thing in St. Louis. Saint... Is it "Louie"? Anyway, we're about to make this universe's greatest slingshot." Loki told him.

Thor panicked.

"No more slingshots. No more destruction. We need to clean this mess up and go home." Thor told him as a gray man threw up on him. 

"Uh, Now!" He yelled.

My stomach dropped.

Loki's leaving now. Time to never see him again.

"Ha!" Loki laughed. "Nice one. Almost fell for it." I think he panicked too, Loki didn't want to leave, I'm not 100% sure why but it could have something to do with me.

"I'm not joking. My mother is coming." Thor stressed.

"But she's not my mother. You know, I'm you brother from another mother, remember?"

Loki whistled, picking me up and putting me on the ground next to him.

"Come on, Ice bros, let's go." Five ice giants appeared behind us as Loki turned, leaving.

Oh man, he's gone

"Wait. You can't leave. Look at this place. We have a duty to this planet. You need to clean it up." Thor yelled at him, me in the dust.

"'Duty, Clean'? Ugh, you sound like Odin." Loki wined. I was confused.

Why was he not willing to help my home? For us to not live like this?

"What?" Thor asked in disbelief.

"Ice Men, let's bounce." Loki finally finished, walking away. I followed.

"Loki! Wait!" I called out for him. I saw him stiffen and turn around, immediately looking down.

"Y/n, we talked about this. I can't take you with me." Loki told me, kneeling down for my height level.

"But, I wanted to say goodbye first." I slightly mumble, not wanting to.

Loki sighed sadly.

"I don't think I want to say it either." Loki confessed, looking passed me.

"Please, don't then." I begged, tears threatening to spill.

I'm not sure why I'm like this, I wish I wasn't. But I loved him. I really did.

Then Loki's head shot up.

He gasped.

"Y/n! Yes yes this will work. Y/n I have a question for you." Loki stumbled over his words, half talking to himself and haft talking to me.

"What is it?" I asked, jumping out of excitement.

"Come with me." Loki told me, holding out his hand.

"But I thought you said your planet was too-" I started but he cut me off.

"We won't go to my planet!" Loki yelled out of frustration that I wasn't getting it.

I smiled and nodded.

"Take me anywhere and everywhere."
