James' POV!
Today I had a Big match against Granada and it was one of the most talked about game in Madrid.
So anyway we got to the stadium an hour before the match. We practiced shooting a little bit, which is what we do before every match. We then got dressed into our kit which was our usual white and black one. I tied up my laces.

After our manager had quick words with us and then we was off to play the match. We lined up next to our composing team until they called us out of the tunnel.

48 minutes later...
We were winning 3-0. Ronaldo, Benzema and Bale scored and I wanted to make it 4-0. Just to secure the game. So Marcelo kicked the ball at the goal but it hit the goalie's hand and landed in front of Ronaldo, who kicked it with his laces so I ran up as fast as I could near to the goal, but made sure I was in front of the opposite teams defenders . The ball was coming at me so I headed it, when I headed it I dived forward, making me smach the top half of my face on the goal's post, with the top of my head making contact with the ball.

The crowd began to cheer. I tried to look up to see if I scored or not but I was in too much pain. I could then hear a bunch of people run up to me.
???:James open your eyes.
Me:I can't.
???:Just try.
I opened my eye but could only open my left one, when I forced to open my right eye it was hurting so I just kept it shut.
Ref:He can't play the game like this.
Paramedic:Yeah. We need to get you looked at. (He pulls me up by my arm).
Ronaldo:You alright yeah?
Me:(I couldn't really see where he was) I'm fine.

They rushed me round the back and called for an ambulance. I didn't know why was rushing around, until I looked at myself in the mirror. There was a huge bruise around my right eye and an deep cut on my forehead.
@A&E! In the doctors room with the Doc and Amelia. They told me I had broken my zanzhu bone around my right eye. The doctor also said I should take 6 weeks of to heal. Now he's stitching up the cut on my face.
After being at the hospital for 2 and a half hours I had to check the scores and we had won the game 6-0. So I was happy that my team had done so well and I bet they was celebrating at some club or bar.

The last couple of days I stayed at home with my family and Amelia's mum and sister was still in the country and was staying for another 3 days but tomorrow Amelia's dad was coming too and I was worried he was gonna tell her the true story behind their divorce.
