When a believable myth old as dirt meets reality, it takes a little piecing together before Lilith realizes what is happening. It was fate, replaying itself but this time there a new race that threatens to be formed.
A hybrid, formed between light and dark with an unknown outcome. In the wrong hands a day-walker with wicked intentions has the sickening possibility of throwing off the balance. But, a pure spirit able to rise against the evil and defeat them once and for all will release the weight off their shoulders.
After all, it is cruel to interfere with love, especially when love is set by fate from the Moon Goddess, right? Mates, when they find each other it's a match made forever, only by death do they part.
But what if the fate of everyone else's lives rests in the side opposing the Moon Goddess's word? What if the balance of good and evil has a chance of being disturbed? And will the Moon Goddess just sit back and watch her creations go against her word passed as law?

"So, if I were to kill you right now what would be your last words to me?""See you on the other side" he smirked. I'll give him credit - he was doing a good job hiding his fear. I saw it flash through his eyes every once in a while but I could pick up the sweet smell of it.
And with that I took a slowly painful step closer to him and slid one of my other hands behind his head and another on his cheek.
"You know it's a tragedy I would have to waste such a beautiful life like yours" and before he could respond I gripped the hair on the back of his head and thrust it my way while doing the opposite with the other side and a deafening crack sounded throughout my room.
