Chapter 8: No!

ok, first off im so sorry! but im back after like 3 years whoop whoop!

-Your P.O.V-

"C'mon guys, who are you gonna believe?! Your good friend, or these couple of wanna be's and their fucking lunatic?!"  Marlon yells.

Doesn't really seems like AJ's the lunatic here, buddy..

"No, Marlon, It's over!" Aasim yells back at the blonde haired boy. Marlon sighed, clearly defeated before trying one last time to win everyone over,

"You don't understand at all, do you?!" He yells, swinging the gun around focusing on everyone's heads. By now, Rosie's barking and growling, realizing that Marlon is angry, trying to get out of the leash that she's tied with.

"I'm trying to protect you!" He yells, then pointing the gun at Clem, everyone else taking a step back as he yells again,

"All of you!! Every fucking one of you!!". He begins pointing the gun around at everyone once more, before Clem steps up.

"How is waving a gun around protecting anyone?!" Clem shouts back at him, her hands up trying not to get shot.

"Brody's dead! Sophie and Minerva are gone! You suck at protection!" She says, moving closer to him and pointing at him, clearly annoyed.

"Shut your fucking mouth!" Marlon yells at her, pointing the gun right at her, looking as if he's about to shoot, but Clem just stands there, un-phased with her hands on her hips.

"I made the right call! I saved the lives of every last one of you!" Marlon yells to the group, moving the gun a little away from Clem's head. Rosie's barking like crazy now, clearly agitated, probably wanting to bite Clem and I's faces off.

"The lives of everyone in this fucking school! If they came back, I'd do it again!" He continues before Ruby moves up, everyone else following, besides me, unsure of what to say, or do.

"Excuse me?!" She says, pissed off.

"I didn't realize we were so fucking expendable" Aasim yells after her.

"You dick!" Mitch yells after, followed by Tenn,

"You told me they died!" Marlon eyes softened for a second, feeling bad for what he's done, before hardening again.

"I-I had to save the rest of you, okay?" He says.

"You gave my sisters away!" Tenn says, you could hear the anger mixed with sadness in his voice.

"Why would you do something like that?" Tenn continued, walking up to Marlon, not even caring about the gun pointed in his face.

"I trusted you, Marlon. THEY trusted you!" He was on the verge of tears by now.

"Easy. Because he's a coward." I say, standing next to Violet. Marlon's eyes drooped, clearly feeling guilty for what he had done. He put the gun back to his side, explaining once more,

"I wanted to get them. Stage some kind of rescue. Honest, Tenn, I just couldn't. I was.. I was too afraid."

"You killed Brody because she knew?" Tenn says, sadness in his eyes.

"Mhmm, I didn't mean to. I didn't want this." Marlon was clearly upset. I kinda felt bad.

"I wanted to save all of you, Sophie, Minerva. I didn't want to hurt them." He kept explaining. Then, Clem ran for his gun, making him fight with her for it. In the end, Clem got the gun, and he got knocked down.
