Chapter Four: Train Station Part 1

IM SORRY! i got off of wattpad for a long time and i haven't updated. this chapter might be kinda short but i wanted to update cuz i can't let the fandom die without trying to help it. anyways this is long so go ahead and read it now..

~time skip~
-Violet's P.O.V-

"The Grand Canyon"

"What?" Brody asked me, confused.

"That's where i'd go. if we took a road trip. Start driving until we hit the Grand Canyon." I replied. I smiled for a second and Brody smiled.

"Yeah. That would be cool." she said and lapped behind to talk to Y/n for a minute. I heard her whisper thanks while i was walking with Aj and Clem.

"Hey, you slowpokes coming?" I said and saw a small smile on Y/n's face. 'cute..' I thought and mentally slapped myself for thinking it.

"Yeah, we're right behind ya." Brody said, also smiling.

~time skip again~

"Where are those guys?" Clementine asked.

"Practicing making out with a toothless walker?" I answered.

"Gross." Brody said.

"I know. poor walker." I said and everyone giggled.

"What the hell?"

"What? This isn't normal?" Y/n asked.

"Someone sabotaged this. This isn't good." I said.

"Aasim! Louis!" Brody called out but no one answered.

"Spread out. See if we can find them." I told everyone.

"Watch out for monsters." Aj said. we all went different ways.

-Clementine's P.O.V-

I looked at one of the traps.

"Hm. Empty."

"I guess Aasim and Louis checked this one already." I saw a hand rolled cigarette.

"Hm."

"Is this a bible page?"

"Clem! Y/n! I found something!" I heard Aj and saw Y/n come out from a section of trees. we walk over to where he is.

"What'd you find buddy?" Y/n asked. we saw a walker tied up in one of the traps.

"Monster." Aj said, messing with his fingers.

"Guys! Over here!" I called out. Violet walked over to us.

"Well, we didn't kill this one. We wouldn't have left it hanging in our trap." Violet said.

"What the hell?" Brody said walking up behind her.

"Found this, too." I showed them the cigarette.

"Do any of the kids smoke?" Y/n asked.

"Nope. Nothing to smoke." Violet answered.

"Who is this unlucky fella?" Louis said, him and Aasim walking up to us.

"Where have you been?" Y/n asked them, slightly annoyed.

"Checking nearby traps. The ones that were spring were all empty. All the rest are broken." Aasim answered.

"Someone robbed us?" Brody asked, looking alert.

"Oh, great. And now we're gonna starve." Louis said, mad.

"Fuck. That's.. fuck... fuck!" Brody started panicking.

"It's just... fuck... it's okay, it's... breathe, Brody. C'mon... c'mon c'mon c'mon..." she tried to calm down. Violet walked over to her.

"You're gonna be fine. It's just a panic attack."

"Hey, easy. We'll still find enough food to get us through the-" Y/n started but got interrupted.

"That's not what im worried about!" Brody snapped at her.

"Brody just chill." Violet said, trying to calm her down.

"I have to tell Marlon about this."

"Um, we still need food. You know, to live? We definitely don't have enough here." Louis stated, annoyed as ever.

"You guys figure it out." Brody said and left.

"I'll take this haul back to school. Maybe we can ration out something." Aasim said before also leaving.

"So what do we do? Eat rocks?" Louis said, still annoyed.

"You can't eat rocks." Aj said.

"I'm aware."

"Will Marlon kick us out if we don't find food?"

"Well, let's not find out." I say.

"Where else could we look?" Louis asked. (this is gonna get a little different cuz Louis needs to chill out so imma have you get him to so... enjoy!)

"Look, we'll figure it out but you seriously need to fucking chill out! you shouldn't be fucking snapping at us about it!" Y/n spoke up getting in Louis' face.

Louis looked surprised as ever. we all were honestly surprised. Y/n's normally not really this violent.

"Okay, then what's your idea, new girl? what are we gonna do to get more food?" Louis said, surprising Violet and honestly me as well. Violet stood in front of Louis and Y/n.

"Both of you need to calm down. not just him. We'll find something. i promise."

Louis and Y/n glared at eachother and Y/n walked over to me and Aj again. Louis and Violet were walking next to eachother.

"Okay. Now. Where should we go?" I asked. Then Aj surprised us all.

"I know! We should go back to the train station!"

"True, it's not too far from here." I said.

"Maybe. But, it's outside the safe zone." Violet said. Louis and Y/n are just having a staring contest with their arms crossed. 'so childish'.

"There was food in there when we passed through. It's worth a look." I said.

"You sure there was food?" Violet asked, hopeful but also skeptical.

"Positive. Yeah, some of it was destroyed in the explosion, but there has to be something left. There was so much there. Or, we could starve." I explained.

Violet looked at Louis and rolled her eyes.

"Fine. Let's go." She said.

~time skip~
-Your P.O.V- (oooo you're back bitch)

when we got there, it was dark and slightly cold out. but that doesn't matter right now.

"There. That's where the food is. Lot more walkers than last time, though." Clem said once we got to the train station.

"We're gonna die." Louis said.

"It's either die here or die from hunger. Take your pick." Violet replied.

"Clem, maybe you and Y/n should scope things out. You guys know the place better." Violet said. Clem and I nodded.

"Let me get a closer look. Can't be too careful." I said and got up to go closer.

"Wait. Y/n." Violet said.

"Yeah?" I said.

"Be careful." she said and smiled at me for a second. I smiled at her for a second too.
