Turtle Adventures (TMNT x Reader)

A while later, you began to wake up and your hand went to your head as you moaned in slight pain. Your vision was slightly blurry and your nose really hurt as well. You closed your eyes really tightly as you remembered what happened with Leo smashing into you.

Then you heard someone yell, "Guys! She's up!"

Your head hurt a little more when the voice had yelled. You were pretty sure by the deepness of the voice that it was Raph. He probably felt bad for making your nose hurt like in that drastic way. You heard many pairs of footsteps come into the room you were in at a fast rate. Then there was some rummaging through something that sounded like some things in a kit which you thought was Donnie. Moments later, a hand came onto your shoulder.

"(y/n). It's Donnie. Can you open your eyes?" the voice said.

You slowly began to open your eyes again and see your slightly blurry vision once again. Mostly what you made out was green and purple next to something green and blue. You were assuming that Donnie was next to Leo.

"What do you see, (y/n)?" Donnie asked, "Do you see me?"

You finally had the strength in your voice to speak up and you then said, "All...I see is...a blur."

There then was a gasp and before you there was a lot of scrambling of the blur that you saw before you. There were many colors before you as purple, green, brown, and blue all scrambled around the blurry vision that you had.

After many minutes of scrambling in the room, it all stopped immediately. You then felt a hand on your face and that hand changed your line of sight up to where you saw a red and green blur.

"(y/n)," the deeper voice said, "This might hurt a bit, but you're going to be okay." Then he stopped and murmured, "Please be okay."

You knew this voice after it had said that and then you said as you raised your hand up to where you thought his shoulder was from your blurry vision, "Raph, I will...be alright. It is...not your...your fault."

Raph gasped and said, "I'm sorry. Now just do what you got to do, Donnie! Please help her!"

There was two pairs of footsteps that you heard as Raph held your head up so Donnie could do what he had to do. As you looked at blurry Raph, you saw that an orange blur came into view. You had thought that this was Mikey who was trying to calm Raph down.

"Ok (y/n). This is going to hurt a little, but you have to stay really still. It is going to hurt a little near your eye so brace yourself," Donnie said.

You took a quick deep breath and then Donnie began to do what had to be done to help you see again. The tension became high in the room as you waited for the pain to come. Moments later, it came and you tried not to scream, but you whimpered a little as Donnie went to do the same thing he did on the right side of your face on the left side of your face. You were pretty sure he was putting a needle with some kind of medicine into your face.

After the pain died down, everything seemed to clear up within that single moment. You could finally see in front of you. Your head slowly peered around the room. You were obviously in Donnie's lab. As you finally became actually aware of your surroundings, you felt a jerk in your body and felt a set of arms gently wrap around your form. You slightly looked down and there was Raph with his arms wrapped around you as he hid his face in your stomach.

Your hand went up to his head and rubbed it. You did not want your friend feeling sad about you when you were fine. Raph then looked up at you and you smiled at him. He unwrapped his arms from your torso area and came up to eye level with you. With tears still in his eyes, he made a slight grin on his face as well. You knew this was the start of a closer friendship with the red masked turtle.

You were now moving around a little even though the wind current hurt your nose a little. During the day, the turtles would all help you out, even though you were okay now, and Donnie would keep checking to make sure your vision was in check.

"Now what is this?" Donnie asked while pointing to a letter on one of those charts you would see in the doctor's office.

"That's an f, Donnie," you said as you went and sat back more on the couch.

"Good! Now I think you are doing alright for now. I will be back later."

You nodded him off as he went into his lab and Mikey along with Leo came into the room. Leo sat next to you on the couch and Mikey sat in front of the television as he booted up his game console. You looked at Leo as he watched Mikey slowly set up the console and wait for his game to load. Leo looked over to you with a confused look.

"Is something wrong, (y/n)?" Leo asked curiously.

"No," you replied.

"Then why are you staring at me like that?"

"Oh I was just...just...oh I don't know!"

You crossed your arms at that moment. Leo looked at you and chuckled slightly. You gave him a questionable look.

"What was the laugh for?" you asked with slight annoyance in your voice.

"It was just a little funny that you don't know what to do."

You turned around and slightly blushed. Your hand covered your face. Leo's comment left you speechless. Leo then giggled again until you heard a thump and turned around to see him laughing on the ground. You gave him a sour look as Mikey turned around from what he was doing giving you guys a confused look. After a few minutes, Leo's laughter stopped after another minute of laughing and when it stopped, you finally turned around to see Leo looking at you apologetically. You gave him a slight smile after a moment, realizing that he did not mean to laugh at you. Raph then walked in and looked at Leo and you on the couch.

"What are you two doing?" he asked with slight irritation in his voice.

"Nothing," Leo responded quickly while getting up from the couch and going to his room.

Raph looked to you as you shrugged your shoulders in confusion at Raph. He suddenly gave you a small smile for a moment before going back to his usual serious expression.

"Sensei wants to see you, (y/n)," Raph said as he went over to his room.

"Thanks Raph!" you exclaimed before heading towards the dojo area of the lair.
