Jem approached the Armor Stand inside the Armor Room. He wore the Combat Armor with much ease since he was used to it for as long as he could remember.
The Armor is made up of kevlar that makes it hard on the outside but it allows the user to move freely.
He left the Armor Room and headed towards the Armory. He pressed the Access Button and with a hiss, the steel door opened swiftly. He walked inside and approached the rifle racks.
He grabbed a white rifle that has a sleek design. Jem held it up as he did a quick check on it.
"AlphaTrail, the only friend I have in every battle." He says as he slid his rifle on the magnetic harness located in the back of his armor.
The rifle was loaded with a battery that powers up the laser ammo. Whenever the battery runs out of energy, the user can switch to Alloy Bullets to fight another fight.
Jeth walked past him as he grabbed the same rifle. He pulled the battery from its cartridge loader as he did a quick check on it. Nodding, he slammed it back and then slid it behind him.
Jem heard a clanging noise behind him. He turned to the direction of the noise only to see Eric, swaying a sword on his hands.
"Are you going to fight in the crusade?" Jem asked.
"Nah, just used on killing Aswangs." He says as he placed the sword back on its original place.
With a quick check on his suit, the team geared up for action.
"Ready?"
"Always."
