Jasmines POV

Today is the day we go to Isaiah's party. I was really excited, to be honest I was only excited to see him again. Myles is going to take Isabelle and I there. He said Kalin wont be coming because he had plans for today, so I don't have to worry about facing Kalin. The party started at 7:30, so we had about 4 hours to get ready.

"Isabelle did you see my black heels, I dont know where they went."

"Yeah there right here" she yelled from her room. I walked to her room.

"Why do you have them?" I asked her

"Sorry, I borrowed them for my date with Myles last week." She replied while rummaging through her jewellery box.

"All right, its all good, what are you going to wear?"

"Im going to wear this." pointing at the clothing layed out on her bed Her outfit was gorgeous it was black a white striped long sleeved crop top, a high waisted skirt , a gold necklace, and heels.

"DAMN Izzy is going to look so fire today"

"YOU ALREADY KNOW IT JAS!" she said and I laughed.

"Okay, im going to back and look for something." I told her while walking out the door.

"Alright, but try not to look as good as me, and take all the spotlight." she joked.

"I gotchu fam."

I went back into my room. I finally found the perfect outfit it was a red crop top, with leather skinny jeans , black heels , a gold choker, and my gold and black hand bag, and I had on a leather jacket.

We had about an hour till the party started, but we were going at 8:00. I just finished with my shower and I was about to do my hair. I grabbed my straightener and my makeup bag and went back into the bathroom.

Isabelle's POV

I was done getting ready when I received a text from Myles. saying he was ready and that he would be coming in 2 minutes.

"JASMINE ARE YOU DONE, MYLES IS PICKING US UP RIGHT NOW!" I yelled at her from the living room.

"Chill, I'm coming down." she. replied annoyed. when jasmine came down stairs I was in shock, she never looked this good in years. she is always wearing sweats or shorts. She was probably doing this all for Isaiah.

"wow, you beat me."

"No I didn't, not even close." she said

"okay, I feel good now, LETS GO!"

When we opened the door Myles was standing there fixing his poof.

"Aw, trying to look good for your izzy bear." they both stopped and looked at me, looking pissed as ever.

"sorry, I'll sit in the backseat." jasmine said and ran off.

"wow babe you look so good."

"thanks, and the same for you "

"shall we go my lady." he said

"we shall." I laughed

when we got in the car, Jasmine was sitting in the back on the phone.

"hey how are you Miss.Singlefortherestofyourlife"

"HEY! I said I was sorry." she yelled out.

"I know I'm kidding "

when we got into Isaiah's house, the smell of alcohol filled the air. It was a strong and powerful scent , I almost died breathing it in. I was walking down the house with Isabelle and Myles, when I spot Isaiah talking with another boy. I walked up to him.

"Hey you" I said to get his attention.

"oh hey, you look beautiful" he complimented me. I thanked him. I stared at him waiting to introduce his friend to me.

"oh, this is Kyle, Kyle this is Jasmine ."

"Jasmine , thats a pretty name" he placed a kiss on my hand.

"Uhm thanks."

"zaya, im going to go now." he said walking away.

"Alright bye." Isaiah replied.

It was getting awkward now, there was a complete silence.

'Sorry about that, Kyle is very flirty." he said starting a conversation.

I laughed . "Thats okay, im fine with that."

"I missed you Jasmine, a lot I was so lonely without you , everyday I was waiting for that day you come back." he said looking down.

"Isaiah I....." I started but he stopped me.

"I know what you going to say, it's not your fault, and I know, your here now that's all that matters."

It was quiet for a couple of seconds, but then he started to speak again.

"Do you want a drink, or something?" he asked

"sure, water is fine." I said

"Water are you serious?!" he started to laugh. " don't tell me you never drank before!."

"uh um..." he started to laugh more.

"Hey!! , I'm not even old enough."

"well today lets just pretend your 21." he was gone for a minute and came back with a red plastic cup.

"here, try it." he handed it to me. I guess it wouldn't hurt if I took 1 sip.

I took a sip, it was disgusting, but I acted like I enjoyed it.

"you don't like it do you"he said

"how do u know that, maybe I like it."

"Jasmine, I've known you since you were 10, I know how you act when you don't like something." he said

It made me happy that Isaiah knew me so well. he grabbed my hand and pulled me on to the dance floor. After 30 minutes of dancing I was getting tired and my feet started to hurt so I sat down on the couch. I took another sip of my drink. Isaiah sat down next to me , and that's when someone caught my eye.
