The two different but so much similar, those voices both had hints of desperation and betrayal that their darling had escaped from them.

Ever since Y/n had encountered the two she had been on the run from the Hunter and the Archer, both seemed to have a reluctant relationship in sharing her both for different reasons why they were so enthusiastic with her.

One was for a triump, that even a creature from another world have nothing to defeat a huntsman like this cruel butcher, to have a living trophy to hear its heartbeat knowing that the hunt will never cease until it has been finished, but maybe deep down, he wanted to have a living trophy as a confirmation that he was not a butcher like the gelfling had claimed him to be.

One was for pure adoration, to have someone to keep him company, to hold and keep close as he comfort them and them comfort him, a heartbeat that soothed him comfort him and love him the same way he did for them.

At first when they began this 'alliance', they were at odds with each other, archer thinking thinking that his half was undeserving of Y/n, and the hunter thinking that the archer was too soft to even protect his living trophy.

But then while they were arguing with Hunter instigating it, their darling was almost escaping them until they heard her screaming in pain that was caused by a poisonous creature.

They both agree the two had their 'uses' with hunter being strong (cruel) enough to carry out their punishment for their actions, which was escaping, attacking, or even trying to kill herself, while archer was caring towards her healing and comforting her after the punishment was done.

Archer often leaves when the hunter is about to administer the punishment, feeling guilty but trying to tell himself this was for the better.

It was a relief when their darling stopped trying to escape, accepting their love and affection and even giving affection back.

Archer was ready to let their darling be free of her restrictions, while the hunter still held some suspicions about her but decided to trust her, boy they were going to be pissed.

So when the time comes that Y/n escapes, they were betrayed, while the archer was disappointed and sad, Hunter felt like a fool and was furious as he was pleased about being right that she was going to escape them.

Here Y/n was now, she decided it was ride or die, she wanted to kill them so badly, she bided her time, earned their trust, but now Y/n just wanted the peace of being away from them, never wanting seeing their faces again.

She had a deep hatred for SkekMal, and she harbored a hatred for his 'light' half, the archer who never helped her, the archer that always kept his mouth shut whenever his dark half was ready to give Y/n a painful reminder of what she did, the archer who was delusional to Y/n's clear disinterested in him.

But now here she was finally feeling the taste of freedom, SkekMal and UrVa be damned.

But suddenly, she felt a stinging pain in her Achilles tendon, Y/n instantly fell to the ground and sat up only to see SkekMal looming over her.

SkekMal grabbed her by the throat and pushed her up against a tree as Y/n choked, she gazed over to she UrVa putting up his bow, holding a saddened look, looking away reluctantly.

Y/n turned towards SkekMal as his smaller arm gave his free hand a sword aiming for her legs, Y/n was looking in fear as SkekMal gave a sneer.

"You should have known better when betraying MY trust, don't worry I make this quick as possible."
