Their eyes met for a second, and Jungkook looked away coldly. It was as if looking at Lisa any longer would dirty his eyes.

Lisa had wanted to greet him, but seeing that he loathed her as much as before, she gave up her intentions.

She pulled Taehyung along. "Taehyung, let's go."

How could Taehyung be willing to?

As long as he thought about how his Sister Lali hadn't been able to study abroad because of the Jeon family, he wanted to beat Jeon Jungkook up.

"I've just left the country. I heard that the Jeon family went bankrupt?"

Taehyung said in a weird tone, "Alas, even the heavens can't stand it if you slander others of doing such bad things."

"Taehyung!" Lisa wished she could cover his mouth. "Stop talking!"

"I just want to say it. Lali, if it weren't for the Jeon family accusing Jimin Hyung and Uncle Park of being murderers, you wouldn't have cancelled your studies abroad!"

Taehyung got angry at the thought of this. "They caused the Park family to suffer such a great loss. Lali, how can they compensate for the big chance you lost?"

Jungkook looked at Kim Taehyung coldly, not wanting to talk to him.

Yang Hyun-suk couldn't help but sneer, "We're talking nonsense? Suppose it wasn't for your Park family's power and influence, bribing the police. If that was the case, how could Park Jimin be released without charges?!"

"Then, am I being bribed to defend Lisa over this matter as well? I'll sue you for slander if you continue to spout nonsense." Taehyung raised his eyebrows.

Yang Hyun-suk's face darkened with anger at Kim Taehyung's arrogant and conceited look. "Then go ahead and sue me. I'll be waiting!"

Taehyung wanted to say something else, but Lisa tiptoed and covered his mouth tightly.

"I'm sorry, Mr. Yang. Taehyung is young and reckless. Please be magnanimous and don't take it to heart."

Lisa bowed to Yang Hyun-suk, then pulled Taehyung along and ran off.

For a moment, Yang Hyun-suk didn't know whether to laugh or cry. "I'm also muddleheaded. I'm already forty or fifty years old; why am I arguing with a little kid?"

Jungkook's expression was unreadable as he followed the line of people.

After a long while, he said quietly, "Uncle Yang, after this business trip, you should resign and find a new job. After that, I'll take care of the company's matters."
