I prioritize on giving my undivided attention to writing. I personally think my works are good and straight to the point, but unfortunately other people seldom see my writings in good light, and say that they are too "strange" or "creepy". It is hard to be understood as a creative writer and a one of a kind intelligence. But I don't know, My existence in this cruel world for some reason has a strong gravitational pull for strange or dark phenomenons, it even affects my job and passion.

That reason also influences my social life, adding to the fact that I am a very introverted person, I have never been able to build a proper social life. But I have always believed, one day I would find salvation in a true friend. Contrary to appearances, I am quite a positive person.

I have never been able to build a social life , until yesterday.

I celebrated Omisoka (New Year's Eve) for the first time in 5 years yesterday. It was lonely without someone to celebrate it with , but I went on with it because I have felt that there is a force driving me to go outside at that specific time.

While standing on the railings of a bridge waiting for the midnight fireworks , with an ornamental hagoita in my hand , a little girl bumped into me as she was running too carelessly, who could blame her , her innocent naive soul was excited for the colorful bright burst of fireworks. She had short hair, with a simple pink sleeveless dress. It just suprised me that a little girl suddenly appeared besides me.

Then she looked at me in the eye, and smiled. She said "Hi!".

I never had such a wonderful experience as that in my entire life. The closest would be the times my grandmother would lift me up and carry me on our way to a temple as a kid. So I said , "Hi!" too. The moment tasted sweet and it sounded like a song.

"My name is Kiyoi Kuchiki!"

the little girl said,

so naturally I replied with,

"Hello Kuchiki-san, I am Aware. My full name is Kurai Aware, making my first name to be Kurai. Our first names sound a bit similiar, don't you think?"

"Yes it does! But it doesn't mean the same things , my parents named me Kiyoi so God will always know I am a good girl!"

"So she's from a religious upbringing " , I thought to myself.
